The Excalibur Flexible Manufacturing Cell is a unique concept system from Laser Photonics, LLC. The Excalibur is the latest in lean manufacturing technology and offers a complete turnkey solution for manufacturers and production facilities. This new concept introduces the idea of using one Fiber Laser Module to control the tasks of up to four different machines with the use of one optical switch. The Excalibur is specifically designed for any manufacturer or production facility that performs applications which entail laser cutting, welding or remote welding and sheet cutting or marking. Our CL-830 laser which is modified slightly for use in the stone cutting industry with added lens protection and a robust power supply it is made to stand up to the rigors of stone cutting.

StarCut®
The new StarCut Generation stands for high quality and speed of cut in a compact form at attractive prices. The whole family is modular, and comprises technologically high-quality components.
The power supply with IGBT switches ensure pulse frequencies of up to 4000 Hz, and a unique pulse-to-pulse stability. The CAN-bus based controller guarantees safety and flexibility for all present and future applications. These include pulse increments of 10 µs, dynamic power control, and on-line trouble shooting.
The laser resonator, based on the proven StarMark rail concept provides high laser power with optimal brilliance of beam. Depending on the application, TEM00, TEM10, TEM20 or fiber-coupled, low-order-mode beam profiles are used. The fast shutter, with a switching time of less than 10 ms, permits holes to be cut in an economically attractive time.

General description
Application: Cutting battery cathodes from aluminum foil for use in pace-maker implants.
Features: This laser cutting system uses a 355nm laser to cut the cathode pattern from a reel of foil. An automated feed system indexes the foil across a vacuum-assisted cut platen. A pick-and-place robot removes and stacks the cathodes.

The FULL CUT range of cutting plotters are the ideal solution for precision cutting of all sorts of rigid and flexible materials.
The FULLCUT range can be equipped with up to six tools at the same time: laser, ultrasonic, a set of three wheel blade holders , a marker and a milling cutter.
