Following on our diode pumped version, this machine exists in 2 versions : 10 and 20 Watts.
Very important power densities are obtained thanks to a much smaller spot diameter. Besides all the applications of the former version, the fibre laser can quickly cut thin depths (up to 5/10) using a galvanometric head.

StarCut®
The new StarCut Generation stands for high quality and speed of cut in a compact form at attractive prices. The whole family is modular, and comprises technologically high-quality components.
The power supply with IGBT switches ensure pulse frequencies of up to 4000 Hz, and a unique pulse-to-pulse stability. The CAN-bus based controller guarantees safety and flexibility for all present and future applications. These include pulse increments of 10 µs, dynamic power control, and on-line trouble shooting.
The laser resonator, based on the proven StarMark rail concept provides high laser power with optimal brilliance of beam. Depending on the application, TEM00, TEM10, TEM20 or fiber-coupled, low-order-mode beam profiles are used. The fast shutter, with a switching time of less than 10 ms, permits holes to be cut in an economically attractive time.

Synova laser cutting machines feature absolute precision from ± 3 to 5 µm and large processing areas that range between 150 x 150 and 800 x 1200 mm. The high-precision, high-speed XY-table, based on the principle of separate axes on a granite base, allows unmatched accuracy and dynamic.
