Laser welding system ELC 250 DUO
The extraordinarily sturdy twin-spindle laser-welding machine offers simultaneous loading and unloading of the work spindles. The clamped/compressed component can be welded axially and radially. An integrated compression unit ensures that welding distortion is reduced to a minimum. The ELC 250 DUO features a fixed beam-focusing unit. All optical components remain stationary throughout the machining process.

The Universal Combined Machines of the “Elite” Serie represent the TecnoMax solution for the handcrafts who are looking for a compact machine without renouncing a top quality end product. The rapid machining changeover, the possibility to compose the machine according to the one’s requirement, and the same performance of the single-machining models are the main qualities which characterize this new range.
The new saw unit is made of a strong cast-iron structure. It is tightly fixed under the table and can be tilted by means of two side supports (trunnions): these solutions grant sturdiness, rigidity and a perfect cutting result. Furthermore, on request, the unit can be equipped with scoring unit for an optimal cutting even on upgraded panels. The sliding table is made from extruded anodised aluminium with a closed, honeycomb structure. The carriage runs on an exclusive slideway system consisting of guides made from calibrated and hardened F550SX steel. The spindle moulder unit is designed to provide the maximum stability and rigidity under all working conditions. Top performance features include: a large-size, cast-iron moulder spindle; a large distance (230 mm) between the two bearings on the moulder spindle; the possibility to mount tools at a minimum distance (5 mm) from the first bearing. The 4 standard speeds (3500, 6000, 8000, 10.000 rpm) are ideal for all types of machining operation, from moulding to routing against the grain.

- Speed and accuracy -
The fixed bridge single-piece frame, the motion mechanisms appropriately sized for heavy-duty working loads, the high-performance digital axis and the electrospindle power contribute to guaranteeing high machining speeds in combination with positioning accuracy and finishing quality.
Venus can be configured with a wide range of operating units. The RX4 operating unit emphasises its work field width and the machining speeds. It can also be configured alternately with the 5-axis PX5 unit or the 3-4-axis TX3 operating unit.
The work table is available in the steel version with universal T-shaped guides and standard vacuum system, or with special universal clamping modules, for an immediate work table setting.
- Safety and protection -
The protection cabin and the extraction stroke of the work tables, which completely protrude from the cabin, make the workpiece load/unload operations very safe and isolate the work table (dust and chip ejection) for the total benefit of the surrounding environment.

V-CUT
CNC cutting centre with 3 controlled axes, designed for cutting profiles made of
aluminium, PVC, light alloys in general. V-Cut loads the extruded section and cuts it, then unloads the finished part all in fully automatic mode without need for operator
attendance.
The powerful and versatile software can handle predefined cutting lists, optimizing them to minimize wastage. The cutting head allows cutting at +/- 22°30' and intermediate angles.

The TK 804/3 model features an automatic machining and cutting system for aluminum profiles and it is designed to minimize the manual intervention of the operator during the machining cycle, allowing the operator only to load/unload profiles.
