Laser welding system ELC 250 DUO
The extraordinarily sturdy twin-spindle laser-welding machine offers simultaneous loading and unloading of the work spindles. The clamped/compressed component can be welded axially and radially. An integrated compression unit ensures that welding distortion is reduced to a minimum. The ELC 250 DUO features a fixed beam-focusing unit. All optical components remain stationary throughout the machining process. |

| The µMach is a new series of ultra compact but fully specified industrial laser micromachining systems, which can be equipped in a modular architecture on the basis of customer requests. Depending on the applications and requirements of the users, the µMach can be customized with a choice of multi-axis motion control, scanners, vision system, software or full automation. A range of processing strategies can be employed resulting in high quality micro-drilling, cutting and milling from a single system. |

Process Capabilities Outline
- Through the Laser Lens system Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) reducing machine set up times
- Laser beam path is totally enclosed from laser head to lens-nozzle assembly
- Winbro Group's patented "Drilling-on-the-fly" (DOF) vastly reduces production times for the drilling of cooling holes in rotary components by allowing continuous rotation of the workpiece during machining. Significant reductions in processing time can be easily achieved
- Winbro Group's non-contact workpiece measurement and logging system is crucial in maintaining row "waterline". An opticator and standard mounting bracket are optional
- Variable Spot Module
- Available with a range of High Peak Power Yag, Low Power 'Q' switched YAG and CO2 lasers |
