Universal application spectrum
With AQUILA laser beam sources you can apply labeling to nearly all materials, or design the surface, without making contact. Applications can range from product marketing to pure decoration.
A family of practically oriented devices
We produce AQUILA laser beam sources for various degrees of beam power. This minimizes your investment costs, since you only need to install a laser with suffi cient power for your process. In addition, the AQUILA interfaces correspond to those of our other laser families. A flexible and time-saving integration of the best laser source for the respective application is therefore guaranteed.
Short work cycles
The unusually high average power of our laser beam sources enables you to achieve a very high process speed. Production costs are thus minimized. The process speed is dependent on the material and on the type of processing.
The best technology
Our AQUILA laser beam sources are diode-pumped solid-state lasers with an acoustic-optical modulator. They are air-cooled and work with controls that are easy to operate. The variable pulse frequency and the high adjustable pulse peak power guarantee rapid processes in your production. Even in permanent continuous-wave mode our laser sources have an excellent thermal effect.

Superior marking speed and quality.
Diode-pumped laser sources for marking and engraving.
End Pumped Solid State Laser solution for industrial laser marking applications. An industrial optical fiber connects the laser Head to the Power Supply unit. The laser diode pump is located in a sealed module inside of the air cooled electronic power supply rack.
Characteristics of the ViolinoTM 3 plus are an excellent beam quality, high peak power, short pulse width. Highly aggressive on metals while at the same time limiting thermal effect for optimum marking of plastics. Ideal for marking a broad range of materials with the best results on steel, titanium, aluminum (bare, anodized or coated) as well as on plastics (such as ABS, Lexan, PES, PET, PVC), polycarbonate and many others.
The simple end-pumped architecture, using a TE cooled diode laser pump with high MTBF, assures the reliability and availability of the system required by many industrial applications including automotive and electronic manufacturing.
Power, long term stability and precision of ViolinoTM 3 plus laser allow successful use in all laser marking applications: ENGRAVING, ANNEALING, ABLATION and COLOR CHANGE. ViolinoTM beam characteristics permits material interaction effects such as vaporization, surface marking, removal of coatings as well as alteration of the molecular structure of a material area without affecting the material as a whole. The result is always a visible and high contrast marking.
Thanks of superior marking speed, power and quality, the ViolinoTM 3 plus allows to do better marking performances in terms of time, contrast and deep engraving, such as a higher power laser.

The CadiYAG is a compact, diode-pumped solid-state laser. It is designed for maximum reliability.
Several versions of the CadiYAG are available. The basic model operates at 1064 nm with various power levels between 10 W and 120 W cw.
The Q-switched models generate strong pulses with a repetition rate between 0 and 50 kHz. The maximum average power of the Q-switched version is 90 W. Therefore, the peak power of a single pulse is well above 100 kW.
This high peak power combined with the uniform beam quality is ideal for many industrial applications, such as marking, cutting, engraving, trimming, etc.
With frequency doubling, the Q-switched CadiYAG versions deliver strong pulses at 532 nm. The maximum average power is 45 W. The repetition rate can be chosen between 0 and 50 kHz.
The frequency doubling stage uses reliable and durable crystals. This is a precondition for long and maintenance free operation intervals.

The RBA GOLD is the third generation of diode-pump solid state modules. Complementing the popular RB Plus family of modules, the RBA Gold has all the same features as the RB Plus with an additional integrated circuit board that protects against all major premature failure mechanisms. The RBA Gold features build-in sensors for the monitoring of the diode array and ambient temperatures, humidity as well as warnings for coolant leaks, over current and over voltage problems. These CEO proprietary protection features set a new precedent in the laser industry enabling OEM's to protect their investments and minimize risk. In addition every RBA Gold pump module comes standard with an unrivaled 3-year warranty.
The RBA Gold family of DPSS modules is offered at power levels up to 100 Watts in a simple, compact, and affordable package. It is also an ideal building block in the development or production of medium power rod laser systems, conversion of existing lamp-based laser designs to diode-pumping, or retrofit of existing arc lamp hardware to provide more stable and reliable operation.
The pump module is completely maintenance-free. It incorporates a Nd:YAG laser rod that is efficiently pumped by long life laser diode bars, and delivers excellent gain uniformity and lensing performance. It is ideally suited for multimode applications such as laser marking and can also provide high beam quality for more precise micro-machining and scientific applications.
The RBA Gold is driven by low voltage electronics. Cooling of the laser is accomplished with a simple recirculating water chiller running on filtered water, eliminating the need for deionized water systems.

The ZL40514 is a high performance laser driver capable of driving two separate cathode grounded laser diodes (e.g. 650 nm and 780 nm laser diodes). The ZL40514 contains a 150 mA low noise read channel (ChR), and three 500 mA LVDS controlled write channels (Ch2, Ch3 and Ch4). The Read channel amplifies the positive current supplied at its reference input, INR, by a fixed factor of 100. Write channels amplify the positive currents supplied at its reference input IN2, IN3, and IN4 by a fixed factor of 240. An on-chip RF oscillator is provided for the reduction of laser mode hopping noise.
