LF050 codes with high resolution. With a wavelength 10 times shorter than that of a CO2 laser marker, high beam quality and superior galvanometer scanning technology the system marks with high resolution, fast, precise and with excellent legibility. LF050 works reliably and is easy to maintain. Thanks to it‘s efficient, maintenance-free laser source and the simple air cooling system. LF050 integrates easily, flexibly and quickly into any production environment. Thanks to it‘s dovetail joint with integrated fine height adjustment, a five meter detatchable fiber conduit and it‘s small and compact system design.
ALLTEC LF050 is THE laser marker for the electronics industry. The 5 W continuous wave fiber laser marker has been primarily designed to mark molded housings of discrete and integrated components as well as circuit boards, precisely, with high quality and in the shortest of time. Moreover, the LF050 is also suitable for marking foils, films, bags and composite packagings used in the packaging industries.
The range of information that can be marked is virtually unlimited, and can be applied both to stationary as well as to moving parts (marking on the fly). With the LF050 line widths well below 30 μm can be achieved, enabeling character heights of 150 μm and less.

LP-V series
SUNX’s latest generation of laser markers utilises an enhancement of YAG technology called FAYb (Fibre Amplified Ytterbium).
These fibre lasers provide several advantages over traditonal Nd:YAG systems, such as a better marking quality (laser beam diameter, e.g. LP-V10U-C 60µm), smaller housing dimensions, a significantly longer lifetime of more than 60,000 hours and lower fixed costs because FAYb systems consume much less power (390VA) and get by with simple air cooling.
Due to their average output of 12W (compared to 50W of a YAG laser), SUNX’s LP-V series Laser Markers can mark nearly all metals using the laser processes of deep marking or black marking. Using the laser processes of internal foaming, carbonisation (colour change) or bleaching, resins can be marked or even modified with outstanding quality.
The LP-W052U-C is especially well suited to mark products of the electronics industry, e.g. semiconductor devices, due to its extremely small laser beam diameter of just 30µm and because it marks in continuous wave mode.
Both the LP-V and LP-W series come equipped with an encoder interface to mark moving objects, e.g. objects on an assembly line. Other standard features of the LP-V and LP-W series include a code function (Data Matrix, various bar codes, etc.) and standard functions such as counters, expiry date and lot number generation. |

| Distributed Feedback (DFB) Diode Lasers are fixed wavelength single mode diode lasers. Typical geometrical sizes of the laser chip are 1000µm x 500µm x 200µm (length x width x height). The laser chip is grown by MOVPE of compound semiconductor material. The optical gain is provided by double heterostructure which include several Quantum Wells for electronic confinement. Typcal emitter width range between 3µm and 7µm. The single mode emission is enforced by a Bragg grating with the laser chip. The surfaces of the laser chip act as cavity mirrors due to the difference of the refractive index of the laser material and the surrounding air. The rear facet of the laser chip is provided with a high reflection coating. The front facet of the laser chip is provided with a high quality antireflection coating for avoiding the Fabry Perot modes of the laser chip. Distributed Feedback (DFB) Diode Lasers are available at almost any wavelength between 760nm and 2800nm. |
|
BC4 series diode laser beam combiners can combine up to four laser diodes with similar (at least two different wavelengths with 50 nm spacing) or disimilar wavelengths (at least 50 nm spacing) .
Photo monitor of the combined power output is an optional addition.
The standard package features an SMA receptacle for multimode fiber coupling. The combiners can accept both 5.6 mm and 9.0 mm TO packages. |
