Highest resolution with minimum strain
The Östling LasOnAll green is the advanced development of the Lasonall 3. The original wavelength of 1,064 nm was halved to 532 nm, which is in the green spectral range. The frequency is doubled at the same time.
Your advantages:
A higher energy density in connection with a finer line is achieved due to the halved point size of the laser beam and the higher frequency,
Higher resolution in the micro-marking area
Considerably reduced thermal stress of the object to be imprinted with the same material removal performance
Especially suited for very thin metal sheets and many plastics, for which easily legible print without burning is created (change of the surface colour)
Removal of protective films without changing the carrier material itself
Technical Data LasOnAll green
- Wavelength: 532 nm
- Power: 7 Watt +- 5%
- Pulse frequency: 20 - 100 KHz free adjustable

Universal application spectrum
With AQUILA laser beam sources you can apply labeling to nearly all materials, or design the surface, without making contact. Applications can range from product marketing to pure decoration.
A family of practically oriented devices
We produce AQUILA laser beam sources for various degrees of beam power. This minimizes your investment costs, since you only need to install a laser with suffi cient power for your process. In addition, the AQUILA interfaces correspond to those of our other laser families. A flexible and time-saving integration of the best laser source for the respective application is therefore guaranteed.
Short work cycles
The unusually high average power of our laser beam sources enables you to achieve a very high process speed. Production costs are thus minimized. The process speed is dependent on the material and on the type of processing.
The best technology
Our AQUILA laser beam sources are diode-pumped solid-state lasers with an acoustic-optical modulator. They are air-cooled and work with controls that are easy to operate. The variable pulse frequency and the high adjustable pulse peak power guarantee rapid processes in your production. Even in permanent continuous-wave mode our laser sources have an excellent thermal effect.

The MISTRAL marking laser was introduced as one of the first diode-pumped laser systems, and has since been setting new standards in laser technology!
Whether it is used as a seated workplace to mark small numbers of parts, or is integrated into production lines for automatic operation – there are no limits to the flexibility of this laser. The MISTRAL's main field of use is in marking metals (engraving, annealing colors), plastics (color change, material debris) and ceramics.
The Mistral is available with 50 W and 120 W.
Advantages of this all-rounder: Nearly all materials can be permanently marked, are forgery-proof and have an excellent graphical quality. The high marking speeds and its ease of use bode well for future working processes!

LaserStar's Compact Marking Systems offer the benefits of a non-contact,
abrasion-resistant, permanent laser marking onto almost any type of material including platinum, gold, silver and titanium. High-speed, high-precision, micro-marking LaserStar systems are ideal for a wide range of jewelry manufacturing and trade shops, as well as novelty product applications.
LaserStar's 3702, 3703 and 3704 Series Compact Marking Systems benefit from pin-point accuracy, while increasing the range of custom engraved true type fonts, script styles and image applications. Operators position the parts in a fixture while viewing the application through a high-resolution picture-in-picture (PIP) video system in the marking chamber. A pilot diode positioning device allows the operator to easily align and mark the parts at the correct location. The marking/engraving process is clean and quick, while minimizing the potential hazard to heat-sensitive materials.
- Logos, certification symbols, barcodes, serial codes, and 2-D data matrix code
- Simple custom text, serial numbers, bitmaps, graphic and CAD-files (HPGL)
- Marking and cutting of foilsand light-gauge steel sheets (ie. labels) in one cycle
- Rapid marking on precious metals with heat-sensitive materials
- Plastic materials: day & night design for items such as mobile phone keyboards, dashboards, and other illumination components for aerospace and automotive markets.
