Our Fiber Lasers provide a wide choice of pulse durations, repetition rates and peak powers. These lasers deliver a high power 1064nm laser beam directly to the work site via a flexible metal-sheathed fiber cable. Collimated, and then typically focused to a spot size of a few microns or less, the near diffraction-limited beam can mark, drill or machine a variety of materials.

Pulsed Fiber Laser Coder for Metals, Plastics and hard-to-mark Materials
ALLTEC LF100 & LF200: Small, flexible, reliable
ALLTEC LF100 and LF200 are small and compact, flexible, versatile and highly reliable for many applications in the electronics, automotive, tools and metal as well as aerospace, and medical devices industries. LF100/ LF200 are capable of static and on-the-fly marking on a variety of plastic, metal and other hard to mark materials with 10 watts (LF100) and 20 watts (LF200) of output power respectively. They provide an unrivalled compact mechanical design with one of the smallest marking heads of its kind and straight-out or right-angle beam exits for increased versatility in tight spaces (esp. in OEM machines). Less-frequent maintenance intervals and extreme reliability maximize uptime and reduce costs.
ALLTEC LF100/LF200 use a maintenance free, air-cooled Ytterbium fiber laser source instead of a gas laser tube or a laser rod which are used in CO2 gas and Nd:YAG solid-state laser coders. Both can quickly apply complex variable data such as high-quality identification matrix codes, bar codes, logos and serial numbers.
Additional advantages include further ease of integration due to the systems dovetail joint; the ability to decide for PC independent operation via a special software interface; the possibility to choose from a selection of languages displayed on the user interface (e.g. English, Chinese, Turkish, and many more) along with password-protected security levels provided by the flexible and proven Windows®-based Smart Graph™ software.

The Fibre200 is the ideal solution for high volume personalization.
Able to mark on both metals and plastics at unparalleled speeds in high resolution. A versatile machine providing permanent, black marking for optimum productivity. No additional consumables or external cooling system required.
Minimal maintenance needed, long diode life span (MTBF of 100 000 hours). Its speed and marking quality offer complete satisfaction.

LP-V series
SUNX’s latest generation of laser markers utilises an enhancement of YAG technology called FAYb (Fibre Amplified Ytterbium).
These fibre lasers provide several advantages over traditonal Nd:YAG systems, such as a better marking quality (laser beam diameter, e.g. LP-V10U-C 60µm), smaller housing dimensions, a significantly longer lifetime of more than 60,000 hours and lower fixed costs because FAYb systems consume much less power (390VA) and get by with simple air cooling.
Due to their average output of 12W (compared to 50W of a YAG laser), SUNX’s LP-V series Laser Markers can mark nearly all metals using the laser processes of deep marking or black marking. Using the laser processes of internal foaming, carbonisation (colour change) or bleaching, resins can be marked or even modified with outstanding quality.
The LP-W052U-C is especially well suited to mark products of the electronics industry, e.g. semiconductor devices, due to its extremely small laser beam diameter of just 30µm and because it marks in continuous wave mode.
Both the LP-V and LP-W series come equipped with an encoder interface to mark moving objects, e.g. objects on an assembly line. Other standard features of the LP-V and LP-W series include a code function (Data Matrix, various bar codes, etc.) and standard functions such as counters, expiry date and lot number generation.

Laser Pulsing Mode expands the universe of applications for LEAP to low electrical conductivity materials including semiconductors and ceramics. In laser pulsing mode the LEAP electrode applies a static field to the specimen while an ultra-fast laser pulse triggers the removal of an atom. The Imago Laser Pulsing Module features a high pulse-repetition rate and proprietary real-time, optical-alignment correction which together enable high mass resolution, a large field of view, and fast time to results.
