Technifor offers Nd:YAG products, which are compact and have adapted power levels to marking applications (60 to 100 Watts).
Compact, energy-friendly, the cooling source is backed by a closed circuit and therefore doesn’t require a “lost” water circuit. Therefore, operation costs are reduced.
Contact-free, Laser marking works, regardless of part hardness. Combining fine lines and high speed, this is the ideal tool for both high-speed and aesthetic marking applications.
Our T700W marking software, designed and developed with Windows 95-98-NT-2000, explores to a maximum the possibilities of a graphical interface and includes the functions adapted to marking:
- Serial numbers, Batch/shift numbers, Codes, Date & Time, and graphic file importation – Fusion with a spreadsheet.
Maintenance is reduced to a maximum, making this machine specially adapted to a fast-paced industrial environment.

Highest resolution with minimum strain
The Östling LasOnAll green is the advanced development of the Lasonall 3. The original wavelength of 1,064 nm was halved to 532 nm, which is in the green spectral range. The frequency is doubled at the same time.
Your advantages:
A higher energy density in connection with a finer line is achieved due to the halved point size of the laser beam and the higher frequency,
Higher resolution in the micro-marking area
Considerably reduced thermal stress of the object to be imprinted with the same material removal performance
Especially suited for very thin metal sheets and many plastics, for which easily legible print without burning is created (change of the surface colour)
Removal of protective films without changing the carrier material itself
Technical Data LasOnAll green
- Wavelength: 532 nm
- Power: 7 Watt +- 5%
- Pulse frequency: 20 - 100 KHz free adjustable
- Cooling: Air
- Power supply: 90 - 240 V /50/60 Hz

Universal application spectrum
With AQUILA laser beam sources you can apply labeling to nearly all materials, or design the surface, without making contact. Applications can range from product marketing to pure decoration.
A family of practically oriented devices
We produce AQUILA laser beam sources for various degrees of beam power. This minimizes your investment costs, since you only need to install a laser with suffi cient power for your process. In addition, the AQUILA interfaces correspond to those of our other laser families. A flexible and time-saving integration of the best laser source for the respective application is therefore guaranteed.
Short work cycles
The unusually high average power of our laser beam sources enables you to achieve a very high process speed. Production costs are thus minimized. The process speed is dependent on the material and on the type of processing.
The best technology
Our AQUILA laser beam sources are diode-pumped solid-state lasers with an acoustic-optical modulator. They are air-cooled and work with controls that are easy to operate. The variable pulse frequency and the high adjustable pulse peak power guarantee rapid processes in your production. Even in permanent continuous-wave mode our laser sources have an excellent thermal effect.

StarShape
The new StarShape series from Rofin/Baasel Lasertech provides a large number of different lasers for micro-material processing. All StarShape series applications have one thing in common: the precise, local, selective ablation of areas of the surface of a component or tool by vaporization or vaporization-induced displacement of the molten mass.
The lasers in the series can be used to structure surfaces, drill through-going or blind holes, or remove selected layers of substrates precisely to the micrometer. The materials that can be processed range from metals through ceramics and diamonds to plastics.
To cover most of ablating micro-material processing, the StarShape series includes both Nd:YAG lasers in cw or Q-switched versions, and CO2 lasers. The available wavelengths thus range from green to within the infra-red end of the spectrum. Interaction times from the few nanoseconds of end-pumped solid state lasers up to the continuous-wave range, offer suitable laser solutions for all of the above-mentioned applications.
