General description
Application: Engraving the connectors on various sizes of computer circuit cards.
Features: This system is built around a 10 watt CO2 laser. The computer cards are hand loaded onto the infeed end of the belt conveyor and are marked as they pass under the focusing lens. The cards do not stop while on the conveyor. They pass through a series of pneumatic doors that are timed by optical sensors to open and close sequentially, assuring CDRH Class-1 guarding throughout the marking cycle.

Fully-automatic system for ‘UTC’ laser marking of beverage closures. The system is characterised by its compactness and the option of integration into existing production lines. The closures are fed fully automatically and in the correct position depending on the feed system selected. Depending on the layout of the feed system, closures with a diameter of up to 50 mm can be marked on the inside, but also on the outer surface (top).
They are transported by means of a vacuum band where they undergo ‘On The Fly’ marking. This significantly speeds up the whole process, since no processing time is wasted handling the products. The result is an extremely high marking speed of up to 1500 parts per minute. This depends on the material being marked as well as the text or logo.
A piece of software specially developed for the application called ‘TP_mix’ allows the user to deal with all common variants of marking of ‘UTC closures’. These range from simple logos to the marking of codes (unique message). The user can generate all these variants with great ease and, more importantly, with the level of security (passwords, logging etc.) required for this type of production.

Pulsed Fiber Laser Coder for Metals, Plastics and hard-to-mark Materials
ALLTEC LF100 & LF200: Small, flexible, reliable
ALLTEC LF100 and LF200 are small and compact, flexible, versatile and highly reliable for many applications in the electronics, automotive, tools and metal as well as aerospace, and medical devices industries. LF100/ LF200 are capable of static and on-the-fly marking on a variety of plastic, metal and other hard to mark materials with 10 watts (LF100) and 20 watts (LF200) of output power respectively. They provide an unrivalled compact mechanical design with one of the smallest marking heads of its kind and straight-out or right-angle beam exits for increased versatility in tight spaces (esp. in OEM machines). Less-frequent maintenance intervals and extreme reliability maximize uptime and reduce costs.
ALLTEC LF100/LF200 use a maintenance free, air-cooled Ytterbium fiber laser source instead of a gas laser tube or a laser rod which are used in CO2 gas and Nd:YAG solid-state laser coders. Both can quickly apply complex variable data such as high-quality identification matrix codes, bar codes, logos and serial numbers.
Additional advantages include further ease of integration due to the systems dovetail joint; the ability to decide for PC independent operation via a special software interface; the possibility to choose from a selection of languages displayed on the user interface (e.g. English, Chinese, Turkish, and many more) along with password-protected security levels provided by the flexible and proven Windows®-based Smart Graph™ software.

LP-300 series
Due to a wavelength in the lower infrared range, SUNX's LP-310-C Laser Marker is perfectly suited to permanently mark resins, enamel surfaces, glass and organic materials such as paper, wood, rubber or leather.
In comparison to conventional printing processes such as inkjet printing or tampon printing, the laser marker system is a purely optical tool that does not come into direct contact with the material it is marking. Hence it is not subject to wear and tear and requires no additional consumables such as toner, ink or solvents.
In addition to its superior marking quality with clear contours, the LP-310-C is nearly maintenance-free and hence produces few service or follow-up costs. Since it requires little space and due to its robust construction, the CO2 laser marker system can be easily integrated into assembly lines and individual workstations.
The powerful, user-friendly Windows software allows you to easily enter, edit or save texts and functions such as counters, date code and lot marking. You can easily import company logos and product specifications as graphic (DXF) files. In other words, the LP-310-C is suited to perform nearly any marking task you require.

Our Fiber Lasers provide a wide choice of pulse durations, repetition rates and peak powers. These lasers deliver a high power 1064nm laser beam directly to the work site via a flexible metal-sheathed fiber cable. Collimated, and then typically focused to a spot size of a few microns or less, the near diffraction-limited beam can mark, drill or machine a variety of materials.
|
|
|
Multipurpose laser marking can be used for a wide variety of applications. Ornamental or identification engraving, either surface or in-depth, this technology can be used on most materials (ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, plastics, wood, ceramics...).
|
|
Among the compact laser systems, it is the Plus that sets new standards in its class with regards to its features. It can be used for industrial coding on plastic, varnished and anodised metal, glass, paper, coated and printed cardboard, plus many other materials.
As standard, the K-1010 Plus includes an Ethernet interface and a high-speed marking head.
The marking area can be extended to 250 x 250mm simply by changing lenses. Even particularly difficult requirements, such as compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 in the pharmaceuticals sector, can be met with this laser system.
It can be operated via a handheld terminal device incorporating the Marca PC Software, direct via a PC, or a AllenView (Touchscreen terminal).
The K-1010 Plus can be used in static or dynamic coding as a standard feature. The beam exit can be selected at either 0° or 90°. The K-1010 Plus does not require a additional external control unit.
