Fibre Laser for marking, 3D engraving and fine cutting:
Following on our diode pumped version, this machine exists in 2 versions : 10 and 20 Watts.
Very important power densities are obtained thanks to a much smaller spot diameter. Besides all the applications of the former version, the fibre laser can quickly cut thin depths (up to 5/10) using a galvanometric head.
With this 3D version, machining are faster and of an even deeper definition.

The new Hand-Held Fiber Laser Marking System is the industry’s first 12/24 volt hand held fiber laser system.
The standard configuration of the handheld marking system allows for many different options to meet any production need. This extremely versatile unit can be moved easily for convenient operation from any location and is capable of marking materials ranging in size from minuscule to considerably large equipment that would not fit into traditional marking systems. Additional features include ease of installation allowing for quick start-up and graphical-based programming for a minimal learning curve. Requirements beyond those listed above will be quoted upon request.
Due to the increasingly worldwide nature and importance of the optics/electro-optics industry, detector/sensors industry, components industry, and materials industry, the United States government and the Department of Homeland Security initiated a variety of programs where lasers became an essential part of present and future defense applications. In the private sector, a variety of government contractors elected to use lasers and advanced optics to comply with strict government regulations. Laser Photonics envisioned the opportunity and successfully introduced and delivered applications compatible with military standards, while continuing to perfect the use of our laser technology for future commercial and defense applications.

Linx Printing Technologies has completed its highly praised family of high-quality scribing lasers with the launch of the new Linx SL501 50W laser, promising reduced running costs, proven reliability and flexibility in installation thanks to a standalone construction that does not require air or water for efficient operation.
The Linx SL501’s sister models in the Linx SL range – the 30W SL301 and 10W SL101 – were launched in 2007. This new addition offers a 50W option using the same powerful platform of features. With three models available, customers can choose the system that best suits their own production line requirements.
The Linx SL501 is deemed particularly beneficial for high speed applications such as bottling, with several features included to meet the demands of these challenging environments including a manoeuvrable Beam Delivery Arm and networking capability. More importantly, unlike competitor laser systerms, the Linx SL501 has been developed without the need for factory air or water for cooling purposes, ensuring that running costs and long-term cost of ownership are lower. This innovation is enhanced by an IP65 rating for washdowns, ensuring excellent reliability with low maintenance even in harsh conditions.
The lack of air or water also enables the Linx SL501 to be flexible in installation. The mobile unit comes with an articulate 1m+ Beam Delivery Arm, meaning that it can be manoeuvred into tight, hard to reach spaces. Further flexibility and convenience is afforded by LinxDraw PC software which enables full remote Ethernet access to allow operators to monitor multiple machines from a central position. The same software offers more complex code creation, including graphics and 2D codes. Simple, intuitive operation is equally clear thanks to the Linx SL501’s interface, which allows users to create, change and set up codes at the touch of a button.
“The SL range was developed to give customers complete freedom in laser coding, through ease of installation, operation and long-term ownership,” explains David Martin, Laser Product Manager at Linx. “The launch of the SL501 extends the range’s existing benefits into a powerful 50W option, and we believe that Linx can now offer an advanced, flexible and convenient solution for any laser coding application.”

LP-300
Due to a wavelength in the lower infrared range, SUNX's LP-310-C Laser Marker is perfectly suited to permanently mark resins, enamel surfaces, glass and organic materials such as paper, wood, rubber or leather.
In comparison to conventional printing processes such as inkjet printing or tampon printing, the laser marker system is a purely optical tool that does not come into direct contact with the material it is marking. Hence it is not subject to wear and tear and requires no additional consumables such as toner, ink or solvents.
In addition to its superior marking quality with clear contours, the LP-310-C is nearly maintenance-free and hence produces few service or follow-up costs. Since it requires little space and due to its robust construction, the CO2 laser marker system can be easily integrated into assembly lines and individual workstations.
The powerful, user-friendly Windows software allows you to easily enter, edit or save texts and functions such as counters, date code and lot marking. You can easily import company logos and product specifications as graphic (DXF) files. In other words, the LP-310-C is suited to perform nearly any marking task you require.

WS multipurpose Workstation
Designed for Marking, Plastic Welding, and Surface treatments, the Standard Workstation is a Class 1 enclosure enabling the use of FL, CL, and DL OEM laser systems, by a simple plug & play integration.
Its large work area (590x360mm) and its large laser safe viewing window make it a very pleasant tool to use with of course every laser safety precaution included.
In almost all laser processes, the distance between the piece to process and the laser has always to be the same. That is why, depending on the piece thicknesses, the laser has to be positionned at the appropriate height. The standard motorized Z-axis and additionnal red pilot aid for focusing allow a quick and easy positioning of the laser using saved files on the computer or simply moving the axis up or down with the mouse. Axis travel is 500mm.
For peculiar piece geometry, several piece handling options are available such as rotating axes, linear axes, or compressed air pressure systems. We can also provide fume extractors integrated into the workstation for hazardous fumes and dusts.

The industrial laser safety housing LSG100 enables to mark workpieces inside the marking area of the laser (110 x 110–180 x 180 mm) according to laser protection class 1. The laser cell eliminates any risk of laser radiation to the operator’s skin or eyes. The integrated focus finder used to adjust the focal length ensures a fast setup time for marking products of different sizes. Focus finder adjustment is controlled by means of a stepper motor driven Z-axis from two push buttons in the integrated operation panel or by a serial interface at the PC. Backlash free z-axis adjustment with ball bearing spindle and guide is ensured. The laser marking area may be internally illuminated for user observation. The laser cell includes integrated vacuum piping for extraction of particles and contaminants created during laser marking. Different accessories required during the marking process may be clamped right-angled to the marking area on the base plate. Furthermore, the working area is optionally air-conditioned. The housing is made out of solid sheet metal and may be moved either on rollers or placed on machine mounting pads. The machine’s substructure includes an integrated 19” PC. Moreover, a swinging arm provides support of keyboard and monitor for the operator’s ease and convenience.
