Small in size and easy-to-install T-series industrial laser modules provide gas-industrial laser beam quality and semiconductor laser module size.
LCM-T-series module incorporates driving electronics, therefore no additional driver for laser diode manufacturer is required. In order to operate the module just 3.3 VDC voltage should be applied to input of the laser.
Each LCM-T-series laser module features an active power stabilization control loop. This control loop industrial monitors output radiation of the laser module and maintains it at constant level within wide temperature range. Spherical-mirror laser cavity provides perfect and stable beam geometry. Two-lens output optics yields well collimated, centered and aligned ray of light.

The 532nm DPSS green manufacturer of laser module is a compact, self-contained professional laser module designed for use in industrial alignment, medical and scientific applications where a highly visible beam is required.
It produces a very visible circular output beam of <2.0mm diameter and output powers of 0.9mW and 4mW with a maximum operating current of 250mA.
Power stability is better than 5% over 7 hours. Modulation capability of 0-1kHz is standard.
In addition, the module uses a front facet monitor photodiode to maintain a stable output power, as opposed to using the internal monitor of the laser diode manufacturers, which is often less responsive.
The green laser module consists of an anodised aluminium housing, laser diode, drive circuit and collimating lens. Electrical connections are made via external flying leads.

A range of compact and affordable manufacturer of laser modules generating an accurate line or cross at 635nm or 650nm with uniform intensity distribution. The professional laser modules measure just 29mm in length, with a diameter of only 8mm and are extremely efficient and reliable.
They are ideal for the most demanding industrial and medical applications where space is at a premium, such as handheld instrumentation, targeting, alignment and machine vision.
These industrial laser diode modules generate either a 70 degree full angle cross or a 58 degree or 88 degree full angle line, all factory focused at 1000mm. The focus can be set to other distances on request. The lens system produces an efficiently uniform intensity laser line.
At a visible wavelength of either 650nm or 635nm, these compact laser diode modules offer output powers of 0.9mW or 4mW with power stability of less than 5 per cent. Operating voltage is from 3V to 6V DC at an operating current of 30mA typ, (0.9mW) or 40mA typ, (4mW). Operating temperature range is -10 degrees Centigrade to +40 degrees Centigrade.
The laser modules consist of a brass housing, a laser diode, drive circuit and beam-shaping optics. Electrical connections are made via external flying leads. All modules have static, surge and reverse polarity circuit protection. |

The 405nm laser modules are designed for applications such as biomedical instrumentation, imaging, spectroscopy, fluorescence sensing, microscopy and many other emerging technologies.
The compact and efficient 405nm professional laser modules produce either an elliptical output beam of 4 x 1.5mm with output power of 4mW, or a 2mm circular output beam with output power of 0.9mW. The glass AR coated optical lens may be adjusted to produce either a collimated beam or focused spot. The standard lens may be replaced by other optical systems such as line professional generators.
The laser is extremely stable and reliable and offers the added advantage of TTL modulation input which will accept signals from DC up to 1 kHz minimum. TTL modulation can be used to enable, inhibit or modulate the laser.
Operating voltage is from 8V to 12V DC at an operating current of 90mA, or 100mA. Beam divergence is <0.6mrad for the circular output beam and <0.6 x 0.3mrad for the elliptical output beam. Operating temperature range is -10°C to +50°C.
The modules are cylindrical with an optional 25mm mounting flange and consist of an aluminium housing, laser diode manufacturer, drive circuit and collimating lens. Mechanical dimensions are a compact 12 mm diameter x 43mm length. Electrical connections are made via external flying leads. |

Green TEC Industrial laser:
StockerYale's Lasiris™ Green TEC structured light laser offers a thermoelectric system and professional fan that maintains a constant industrial laser diode temperature, resulting in excellent wavelength, power, and pointing stabilities. The new, improved design makes focusing even easier with the focus adjusting screw located directly on the body of the laser. In addition, the Green TEC boasts one of the longest green laser lifetimes, and is offered with a 1-year warranty.
A green beam can provide better contrast on red hot metal or wood. Another advantage is that a green beam is more visible to the human eye than red, thereby making the relative eye response to the green much higher. A 1 mW green beam (532 nm) will be better perceived by the human eye than a 1 mW red beam (635 nm).

Thermo-electrically cooled, (TEC), blue/violet laser diode manufacturers modules which offer exceptional wavelength and power stability, (better than 1%), greatly increased pointing accuracy and significantly extended industrial laser diode lifetime.
Designed for applications demanding consistency and repeatability such as industrial inspection, high-resolution printing, reprographics, biomedical instrumentation, spectroscopy, microscopy and genomics, the modules are compact, versatile and highly cost effective.
They produce elliptical output beams and output powers of 1.5mW in the 375nm ultra-violet, 4mW and 25mW in the 405nm violet and 4mW in the 440nm blue wavelength bands.

The Photon Professional laser Module is a self-contained module designed as a complete suppliers of laser diode solution for OEM use. Applications include industrial alignment, machine vision, measurement & positioning, medical fluorescence and bar code readers.
Wavelengths range from 635nm-830nm, with an elliptical output beam and powers from 0.9mW to 85mW. The manufacturers of laser modules can be supplied with various coloured sleeves to assist in wavelength and power identification.
