Eumarker is a simple, versatile and economical laser. The diode module can be replaced in a easy, quick and economical way. The long life of the diode allows to extend the Mean Time Between Restoring (MTBR) of the system and consequently a drastical reduction of the operation cost.
System integration of the Eumarker into a laser system is extremely simple.
The Rack power supply is equipped with all the hardware requirements needed to be easily interfaced with external components to build Class 1 system. The signals requested for marking are simply: one analog command of the power and the digital command pen up / pen down.
The high beam quality along with elevated peak power permits the Eumarker to be very aggressive on metals and, at the same time, limiting thermal effect on plastic marking. The 1064 nm wavelength is the most suitable to produce excellent marking results beyond steel and titanium but also aluminium and plastic. |

When it's a matter of flexible beam guidance, be it for cutting or welding, diode pumped, solid-state lasers, where the beam can be directed through an optical fiber, are the suitable beam sources. The portfolio is rounded off by a patented, modular system of optical fibers and optical-fiber components such as beam switches and power splitters, and by a wide range of processing lenses. Thanks to the almost loss-free transmission of the laser beam via optical fibers, combinations with automated systems and robots are possible. End Pumped Solid State Laser solution for industrial laser marking applications. An industrial optical fiber connects the laser Head to the Power Supply unit. The laser diode pump is located in a sealed module inside of the air cooled electronic power supply rack.
Characteristics of the ViolinoTM 3 plus are an excellent beam quality, high peak power, short pulse width. Highly aggressive on metals while at the same time limiting thermal effect for optimum marking of plastics. Ideal for marking a broad range of materials with the best results on steel, titanium, aluminum (bare, anodized or coated) as well as on plastics (such as ABS, Lexan, PES, PET, PVC), polycarbonate and many others.
The simple end-pumped architecture, using a TE cooled diode laser pump with high MTBF, assures the reliability and availability of the system required by many industrial applications including automotive and electronic manufacturing.
Power, long term stability and precision of ViolinoTM 3 plus laser allow successful use in all laser marking applications: ENGRAVING, ANNEALING, ABLATION and COLOR CHANGE. ViolinoTM beam characteristics permits material interaction effects such as vaporization, surface marking, removal of coatings as well as alteration of the molecular structure of a material area without affecting the material as a whole. The result is always a visible and high contrast marking.

A range of compact and affordable laser modules generating an accurate line or cross at 635nm or 650nm with uniform intensity distribution. The laser modules measure just 29mm in length, with a diameter of only 8mm and are extremely efficient and reliable.
They are ideal for the most demanding industrial and medical applications where space is at a premium, such as handheld instrumentation, targeting, alignment and machine vision.
These laser diode modules generate either a 70 degree full angle cross or a 58 degree or 88 degree full angle line, all factory focused at 1000mm. The focus can be set to other distances on request. The lens system produces an efficiently uniform intensity laser line.
At a visible wavelength of either 650nm or 635nm, these compact laser diode modules offer output powers of 0.9mW or 4mW with power stability of less than 5 per cent. Operating voltage is from 3V to 6V DC at an operating current of 30mA typ, (0.9mW) or 40mA typ, (4mW). Operating temperature range is -10 degrees Centigrade to +40 degrees Centigrade.
The laser modules consist of a brass housing, a laser diode, drive circuit and beam-shaping optics. Electrical connections are made via external flying leads. All modules have static, surge and reverse polarity circuit protection. |

The CadiYAG is a compact, diode-pumped solid-state laser. It is designed for maximum reliability.
Several versions of the CadiYAG are available. The basic model operates at 1064 nm with various power levels between 10 W and 120 W cw.
The Q-switched models generate strong pulses with a repetition rate between 0 and 50 kHz. The maximum average power of the Q-switched version is 90 W. Therefore, the peak power of a single pulse is well above 100 kW.
This high peak power combined with the uniform beam quality is ideal for many industrial applications, such as marking, cutting, engraving, trimming, etc.
With frequency doubling, the Q-switched CadiYAG versions deliver strong pulses at 532 nm. The maximum average power is 45 W. The repetition rate can be chosen between 0 and 50 kHz.
The frequency doubling stage uses reliable and durable crystals. This is a precondition for long and maintenance free operation intervals.

The pump module is completely maintenance-free. It incorporates a Nd:YAG laser rod that is efficiently pumped by long life laser diode bars, and delivers excellent gain uniformity and lensing performance. It is ideally suited for multimode applications such as laser marking and can also provide high beam quality for more precise micro-machining and scientific applications.
The RBA Gold is driven by low voltage electronics. Cooling of the laser is accomplished with a simple recirculating water chiller running on filtered water, eliminating the need for deionized water systems. |
