The state-of-the-art welding process is based on the Contour Welding principle and generates the perfect appearance in terms of the welding quality. This launched process onto the welding technologies of plastics enables a welding method without any elaborate clamping device. Accordingly, the existing limitation on 2 dimensional welding process is eliminated. Consequently, the welding process can be extended to 3D-welding.
This latest LEISTER Welding Concept provides an alternative method of resolution, completely new aspects and more flexibility in design of the geometry as well while the conventional welding methods such as Ultrasonic Welding or Vibration Welding are limited to.
