Aurora® is the next generation of Magnetic Level Indicators. Its patented design is state of the art in this technology and reflects Magnetrol's subsidiary Orion Instrument’s innovation and commitment to magnetically coupled level indicators.
Aurora is a totally redundant system of continuous level monitoring and control. An Eclipse® guided wave radar coaxial probe is housed along with the MLI float in a 3" or 4" diameter chamber. While the indicator relies upon the float and its internal magnets to activate the flags or shuttle, the Eclipse measures the liquid level directly. Two completely separate technologies in a single external chamber ensure redundancy unlike any other MLI. The use of a baffle plate within the chamber ensures that the float and eclipse coaxial probe work seamlessly within the single chamber.
There are six basic configuration styles and over fifteen material selections for Aurora. For the first time ever, the ability to accurately and reliably measure ultra low dielectric media, high pressure/high temperature process conditions, and media with shifting and changing
dielectric values can be accomplished with Aurora.

The Atlas™ is Magnetrol’s subsidiary Orion Instrument’s standard, high performance magnetic level indicator. Atlas is a single chamber design with either 2", 2.5", or 3" chamber diameter, as required by the application. There are twelve basic configuration styles including top mount models. Special configurations are also available.
Atlas magnetic level indicators are produced in a wide range of materials of construction, including plastics. Orion also offers one of the most complete selections of process connection types and sizes in the industry.
Atlas may be equipped with a variety of level transmitters and switches as well as flag and shuttle indicators with or without stainless steel scales. This enables the Atlas to be a complete level and monitoring control.

One instrument, three functions: level indicator, level switch, and level transmitter !
WEKA Magnetic Flag Level Indicators provide three important functions in a single instrument, independently of one another: level indicator, level switch (user adjustable over the full range), and level transmitter with electrical signal output. The visual readout does not require electric power supply for its functioning, and indicates liquid level in a vessel through a directly-connected chamber, based on the phenomenon of a liquid having the same level in connected vessels. Level readout is guaranteed in all circumstances. These level instruments are therefore ideal for use during commissioning stages, as well as for back-up functions in process plants.

Level gauge to magnetic drive for local vision.
External lateral assembly or vertical inside to the tank.
It can be completed with contacts finecorsa or potenziometrico emitter for remote control and commando of pumps, valves, alarm systems.

|
The monitoring of liquid level particularly in high reservoirs, in pressure vessels as accumulators or in large gear boxes usually requires the external installation of level controls. These are normally connected to the lowest point of the vessel by fittings or flanges and in most cases also have connections to the space above the liquid level. Alternatively the controls must be open towards ambient atmosphere to allow the fluid to communicate without restriction.
A stainless steel standpipe with attached scale and indicator provides the visual surveillance. An almost unlimited number of electrical contacts can be attached to both sides of the scale or a transducer with analogue signal can be attached to one side plus contacts to the other side. The level controls are available for pressures up to 360 bar.

The Universal Mag Drive is the ideal sealing technology for critical liquid containment applications within Viking’s Universal Seal product line. It is dimensionally interchangeable with Viking's Heavy Duty bracketed and Universal Seal pumps, allowing for easy upgrade from packed or mechanical seals to sealless technology. The Universal Mag Drive’s hermetic, static sealed canister provides the highest level of liquid containment available by eliminating traditional dynamic shaft seals. It also eliminates housekeeping issues and downtime due to seal failure. This product is designed to handle a broad range of applications requiring continuous duty at pressures up to 200 PSI (14 Bar).
|
|
|
Viking Mag Drive® sealless internal and external gear pumps eliminate leakage and maintenance associated with shaft seals. For use with all hazardous/toxic fluids, hard-to-seal liquids and for 24/7 operations which cannot afford unscheduled downtime due to seal failure. Some models allow reversible direction of flow, and temporary run-dry capability. May be close-coupled to IEC or NEMA motors, or long-coupled with optional bearing carrier. ATEX conformity available.

Magnetic drive gear pumps MDG series
Leakage free, sealless structure
The pump mechanism is the magnetic drive type. Free of leakage trouble, the pump is suitable to be incorpotated in various equipment.
Superior corrosion resistance
The wetted parts are manufactured from superior corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, PPS, and PEEK. Therefore, the pump can be used to transfer various types of chemical solutions.
Long life design
Each part that is precision processed using Iwaki's original technology excels in thermal resistance, therefore does not cause pump troubles due to thermal expansion of the parts. Even when operated for long continuous hours, the pump should exhibit superior durability.

Conventional sealing gaskets are pushed to their limits with
different applications. Typical applications are found in
polyurethane facilities, refrigerating machines and vacuum
facilities. For these applications, you have the possibility
to equip the KF 4…80 with a magnetic coupling.
The magnetic coupling serves as a shaft seal and for the
transmission of the torque. The outer rotor of the magnetic
coupling is assembled on the engine shaft and the inner
rotor is assembled directly on the pumping shaft. The
torque is transmitted through the magnetic forces between
the outer and inner rotor. Between the two rotors, you
have the split case which hermetically seals the pump.

General description :
GATHER Industrie’s magnetic drive gear pump is made from stainless steel, Hastelloy or titanium and may be used as dosing pump, process pump or for laboratory service. The hermetically sealed gear pumps convey and meter in a non-pulsating manner even non-lubricating liquids such as water, salt solutions, solvents, acids and caustic solutions. As low-maintenance process pumps they can be optimally integrated into existing systems; when used for metering or dosing service they enable highly precise and reproducible flow rates to be attained. Based on the magnetic coupling and making use of new materials GATHER Industrie constantly advances the pumps originally intended for laboratory service to optimum acid or caustic solution pumps used in pilot facilities (miniplant) and for process technological applications. It goes without saying that the pumps meet the requirements of the Pressure Vessel Code and are ATEX compliant for use in hazardous areas.
