Magnetic floats
Magnetic floats are used to detect dynamic fluid levels, either as single floats in homogeneous media or as interface level detectors in fluids with different densities.
Magnetic floats have a magnet inside and are placed on a guiding rod. For interface level detection, several floats can be placed on one single guiding rod.
The magnetic float actuates the detection circuit either by means of a reed contact or - for a more accurate reading - a magnetostrictive sensor.
We produce both magnetic switches for reed contacts and magnetic floats for magnetostrictive sensors
MAGNETIC ANNULAR RING
Is a rotary contactless transducer with magnetic transferring of signal with galvanic isolation.
Max RPM 5000.
It’s available with central hole that allows the passage of other conductors.
It is used for temperature transmitter.
Galvanic insulation
There are two versions:
input thermoresistance Pt100, output analogic 0/10V or 0/20ma
input thermoresistance Pt100, output signal (resistance ohm) Pt100.
Metal detectors remove ALL metals, also non magnetic such as aluminium, copper, brass, etc; from 0,5 mm
On detection, a signal follows driving a valve or stops the belt Suitable for belt widths up to 2000 mm or free-fall and vacuum or pressure transport.
Electrical current required
Operation by powerful ADM05 touch screen control
Can be used in accordance with ATEX regulations for dust explosion zone 20.
Specific application for metal detectors: recycling, foodstuffs, bulk-handling, pharma and ceramic industries.
