The TF-100 series tuning fork is a point level switch for clean liquids and light slurries. It is available with Relay, Current, and PNP outputs. The TF-100 series carries FM hazardous area approvals.
The TF-100 Series vibration technology level switch is an excellent choice for most high or low-level liquid level measurement requirements. The TF-100 requires no calibration and is not affected by changes in electrical properties of the material being measured.

The SC700 series are capacitance point level switches ideal for detection or control of liquids, solids, heavy pastes or slurries. Unlike other capacitance probes, the SC700 works for any type of conductive, non-conductive or low dielectric materials with extremely accurate performance, almost complete immunity from build up, temperature changes or condensation. The rigid rod is made with a strong and durable plastic (polyacethal delrin) for standard units or upon request the rod can be made with PTFE.

Sitron´s line of Conductive Level Switches offer a wide range of customized options to meet any application's need. CL models are designed to control the level of all conductive liquid mediums with up multiple points of level detection. Models are available with Fixed rigid rods, Removable rigid rods, or with Pendular electrodes attached to the housing with cables. Areas of application

The ABS float switch can be used in liquids for control operations by using the liquid level. It is suitable for use in sewage.
In the float switch a ball moves depending on the floating position and operates a high quality micro switch. The recessed rolling surface for the ball ensures trouble-free functioning even if the cable is twisted. In order to vary the switching differential it is possible to shorten or lengthen the cable fastening position. Minimum cable length 50 mm. That corresponds to a minimum switching differential of 100 mm. The switching height itself is set by raising or lowering the fixing point. Care should always be taken that the float switch can float upwards or downwards without any restriction. |

Operating Principle:
The electro-optic sensor contains an infrared LED and a light receiver. Light from the LED is directed into a prism which forms the tip of the sensor. With no liquid present, light from the LED is reflected within the prism to the receiver. When rising liquid immerses the prism, the light is refracted out into the liquid, leaving little or no light reach the receiver. Sensing this change, the receiver actuates electronic switching within the unit to operate an external alarm or control circuit.
Areas of Application:
The opto electronic level switches OPG04 are used for monitoring the level of liquids. Applications include plants in the refrigeration. |

The V-Tork is a point level switch that is designed to detect low or high level of liquids, thick and turbulent fluids, as well as corrosive mediums and pastes (depending on viscosity). Due to its simple and rugged controlled system, the V-Tork is virtually unaffected by any chemical or physical properties of the mediums and can be installed at any angle of the pipe or tank. It is ideal for multiple-purpose processing where the probes must be compatible with a variety of process materials and process conditions. The V-Tork does not require recalibration between batches and can also be cleaned in place.
The V-Tork can operate in temperatures up to 176ºF (80ºC) and has a maximum working pressure of 725 PSI (50Bar).
Standard probes are available with 3/4” up to 1” BSP or NPT process connection and insertion length L= 3 1/8” (L= 80mm).

VEGAFLO SL1C is used with detection of level as liquids. An order of commutation on a predetermined level makes it possible to carry out the ordering of pumps of filling or of draining, to set off an alarm misses water, very high level, etc...
