Application description:
The conductive rod probe SAT in combination with suitable switching devices (e.g. fill level limit switch SRA-100, SRA-101, SRA 102, SRE-200) is used for limit value detection and niveau control in electrically conductive liquids. Also possible is the detection of overflow, dry run, humidity, flow.
Depending on the selected type, it is possible to realize up to 6 switching points. The longest rod operates as ground reference.
The connection housing is protected against splashing water IP65. |

The SC120 probe and CN200 level transducer can continuously measure as well as control the level in a wide range of applications. They can be used in conductive and non-conductive liquids, solids such as grains and feeds, as well as slurries. The SC120 probe sends an mV signal to the CN200 transducer, which converts the (mV) signal into a 4-20mA signal. Unlike the SC 404, the SC120 working with the CN200 transducer has two adjustable level controls in a scale of 0-100% with bar graph level indication, as well as a Zero and Span adjustment.

Sitron's Hydrostatic Level Probes are specifically designed for depth/level measurements in groundwater, deep wells, water towers, rivers, sewage treatment plants and other similar applications. The Hydrostatic Level Probes are fully encapsulated and are housed in a weatherproof cylindrical enclosure. Offering a great degree of flexibility, they can be constructed with 316S.S. rigid rods or with special polyurethane, kevlar-lined, waterproof and vented cables for depth measurements.
These probes can be made with either 316 S.S. piezoresistive or ceramic cells. Their compact design enables the probes to work within pipe diameters as little as 3/4”. The 842 models are available with an electronic module within the enclosure providing a Zero/Span adjustment. All of Sitron's Hydrostatic Level Probes have a 4-20mA (2 wire) output signal and are fully temperature compensated.

The Digital ES II and Analog EZ Modulevels are advanced, intrinsically safe two-wire or four-wire instruments utilizing simple buoyancy principle to detect and convert liquid level changes into a stable 4–20 mA output signal. The linkage between the level sensing element and output electronics provides a simple mechanical design and construction. The vertical in-line design of the transmitter results in low instrument weight and simplified installation. EG series Magnetostrictive Level Transmitter was created from the principle of magnetic field strength of two different directions thus sending out a signal to determine the exact level of the medium. Therefore even if there should be a power failure and reconnection is needed, it will not affect the previous setting so there is no reconfiguration involved. Moreover there is no contact of the sensing element which is internally in the stem itself, so even if during repeat operation, there will be no damage done to the sensing element that might caused due to wear and tear.
As Magnetostrictive Level Transmitter signal output was direct, therefore additional installation of output interface was not needed thus any transfer interface. As the resolution was very accurate and reliable, this will enable to reduce the malfunction of the product and cause production down time of the company. Moreover, due to the durability of the sensing element, lifespan is exceptionally long, minimal maintenance and correction is needed, thus stocking up on replacement parts for maintenance is not needed.
For PC connection to enable distant monitoring of one EG transmitter ( use RS232 / RS485 communication port) or multiple EG transmitters (use RS485).
