Guided Radar (TDR) Level Meter
for distance, level and volume
of liquids, liquid interface, pastes and solids
OPTIFLEX
works better than any guided radar ever before
In contrast to earlier guided radar devices, the new OPTIFLEX with its more advanced design solutions has higher signal dynamics. Sharper pulses measure thinner interfaces. The very good time base stability allows better reproducibility, which translates to better trustability.

The capcitive filling level systems operate according to the three-electrode principle. With this principle the container or an additional electrode serve as a counter-electrode to the probe electrodes. For this reason it is necessary with this system that the container is of a conductive material or a "substitute electrode" is fixed to the container wall, e.g. copper foil. These systems are available with probes for analogue filling level measurement of for detection of 1, 2 or 3 measuring points. The position of the switching points and the analogue measuring area is user-definable within the possible effective range and therefore it can be determined for optimal matching of each application. Level measurements of bulk material, liquids or pastes are possible with a dielectric constant as of år 1,1.

Our unique inverse frequency-based approach to capacitance technology ensures accurate, reliable and repeatable measurement even in dusty, turbulent, and vapourous environments, or in situations with product build-up. Because even a small level change creates a large change in frequency, our instruments provide better resolution and consistently outperform conventional devices. With special features such as Active Shield technology and modular probe options available on various models, they offer practical solutions to a wide variety of continuous level measurement challenges.
SITRANS LC 300
Capacitance level measurement instrument for liquids and solids, high accuracy applications such as food and beverages, pet food and bulk solids; ideal for challenging processes involving vapor and dust.
SITRANS LC 500
Capacitance level and interface monitor/controller for extreme and critical process conditions, such as oil and "liquid gas", toxic and aggressive chemicals and vapors.

The SC120 probe and CN200 level transducer can continuously measure as well as control the level in a wide range of applications. They can be used in conductive and non-conductive liquids, solids such as grains and feeds, as well as slurries. The SC120 probe sends an mV signal to the CN200 transducer, which converts the (mV) signal into a 4-20mA signal. Unlike the SC 404, the SC120 working with the CN200 transducer has two adjustable level controls in a scale of 0-100% with bar graph level indication, as well as a Zero and Span adjustment.
FEATURES
*Wide range of applications/industries
*I.e. liquids, oils, corrosives, solids such as powders and grains, etc.
*Functions on conductive as well as non-conductive medias
*No moving parts, rugged construction
*Easy economical installation, accurate and reliable measurement
*Unaffected by coating media or aggressive products
*Can operate ate high temperatures and pressures
*Available in 316S.S. threaded, sanitary and flanged process connections
*3A approved
Sitron's SC120 probes and CN200 transducers provide reliability, easy of use and installation.
