Operation of AMOT Model LSP Level Valve is simple and straight forward. Model LSP’s float is raised and lowered by changes in liquid level. A magnet in the LSP’s float arm actuates a pneumatic 3-Way valve mechanism, when the float arm passes near it.

Bulletin 840 Automatic Float Switches are heavy duty horsepower or control circuit rated devices which can be used to control and monitor liquid levels in a tank or sump. As the liquid level rises or falls in a sump or tank, at a preset level the switch can either start a motor to adjust the liquid level or activate a circuit to turn on a light or sound an alarm. Bulletin 840 Float Switches are designed for long life and heavy duty operation. They are offered in five different styles with many different float operator assemblies.

Float type level switch

LIDEC level switches: a dependable solution for liquids detection
Developed in cooperation with “Paris VI” University, the Lidec series liquid level sensors series are especially designed for marine applications.
They provide a reliable solution to liquid level detection.
Their operating principle, a patent granted to Enraf Marine Systems, is based on the propagation of a surface wave inside a stainless steel probe.

Elettrotec float level switches are designed to meet a complete range of application requirements. Available in brass and NBR float, stainless steel or PVC to detect the level of dissimilar liquids such as water, oil, solvents and acids.
According to the different models Elettrotec switches have to be mounted vertical from tank top.
Various mounting configurations are available and a variety of wire terminations, custom lead lengths, cable jackets and connectors can be supplied on request.
Elettrotec switches are shipped Normally Closed (N/C) as a standard but switches in N/O and SPDT mode can also be ordered.

Bernstein designs and manufactures a modular system of float switches which can be combined and configured to create a switch that ideally meets customer specifications.
Float switches provide a reliable and cost-effective acquisition of level information in containers with stagnant or flowing liquids, such as water, oils, alkaline solutions and similar substances.
A float switch comprises a connector element, a switching tube with 1 to 4 reed contacts and the float. The float is equipped with an integrated ring magnet and rises and falls with the level of the fluid. The magnetised contact reeds trigger a signal as soon as the float reaches the sensing range of the reed contact.
The range of Bernstein float switches ranges from miniature versions to heavy-duty and pressure-resistant versions.
The particular advantage of these float switches is, that the switching contact can directly – when furnished with the proper protection – switch loads, e. g. relays, signal lamps or even small pumps.

LL SERIES REFRIGERANT FLOAT SWITCHES
This float controlled, magnetically actuated, mechanically operated, HERMETICALLY SEALED switch assembly can maintain close control of liquid level. The rugged construction makes it relatively insensitive to disturbances of the refrigeration system or vibration of the attached pipelines. The electrical switch, which is fused, and the operating mechanism are encapsulated within a transparent housing, which HERMETICALLY SEALS the moving parts and switch from ambient conditions and yet allows observation of the switching motion for determination of the liquid level. Type LLC, LLSC, LLAC are U.L. Listed for outdoor service. Types LLX, LLXS, or LLAX are not fused.

VEGAFLO SL1C is used with detection of level as liquids. An order of commutation on a predetermined level makes it possible to carry out the ordering of pumps of filling or of draining, to set off an alarm misses water, very high level, etc... VEGAFLO SP 1C is used with detection of high level as pulverulent or granulous solids. CHARACTERISTICS
The A Serial combines the displace operational system, with the safety of the magnetic assembly. Thischaracteristic makes possible to detect large liquid movement differentials, impossible with a floating one. It allows to operate with working conditions where it is required to detect fluids with a very low density of 0,45 kg/dm3 and high pressure.
It allows to detect liquid %u2013 liquid interface.
Pressure up to 250 atm.
Adding a dissipating extension it allows to operate with a temperature up to 280°C.
It is possible to have from one to three signals, it can be duplicate or triplicate whereever it is requiered.

CHARACTERISTICS
The W Serial combines the floating operational principle, with the safety of the magnetic assembly.
Made in welded steel or steel melting(W-291, W-601) with A-53 Gr.B material,welded container with procedure and operartor certified by RFO (ASME IX)
With binded containers for a quick and easy access to floating, it is possible to chack, clean and maintain.
It´s use allows the automation of baoilers and tanks, since they are equipped with up to three ewitch mechanisms (depending on the model).
Adding a dissipating extension it allows to operate with a temperature up to 303°C (depending on the model).
All wet parts of the switch are made with stainless steel AISI 316.
