The Z32Embedded DOS is the base components for realizing a Z32 CNC system. It is installed in the electrical cabinet, and it come sin two versions:
- Embedded DOS.
DOS Operative syetem.
Simply connecting a standard qwerty keyboard and a SVGA monitor to Z32 Embedded it is possibile to use the simple, but complete, DOS interfaces.
If it is connected (through Ethernet cable) with an external console PC, the strongest point of the Z32Embedded DOS is the complete and definitive separation between the real time controller (axes and PLC) and the supervisor connected with an Ethernet cable.
- Embedded WRT
Windows Real Time Operative System
The Embedded WRT has the same features of the Embedded DOS, but the Windows operative system permits to use evolute human-machine-interfaces without needing an extern console PC.

D.Electron has developed a full software suite ("Z32 for Windows") for installing, servicing and using the Z32 CNC's.
It is however possibile for the machine manufacturer to develop its own interface. |

The design of the SEAL-PLUSTM Restraining End delivers many proven features which contribute to both ease of installation and permanent, leak-free service. There's a proven wedge-shaped gasket, a Dresser benchmark for over 100 years. And a volume compensating spring washer that adjusts and maintains the gasket pressure, even at extremely low temperatures.
Visual verification of proper installation is attained through ottom-out tightening of the nut against the body. A color code on he insert verifies that it is properly sized for the wall thickness of he tubing on which it is being installed. |

IC Tray Marking Systems are designed for marking parts transported in JEDEC trays. The flexible, graphical operator interface provides the easiest setup for IC and JEDEC tray configurations. BCL's systems verify part position in the tray, pin location for orientation of the part, and the part type to ensure the correct part is loaded into the tray. | Diode-pumped lasers have gained popularity with today's manufacturers and are an attractive alternative to lamp-pumped laser markers. While similar in construction to a lamp-pumped system, the diode laser uses a diode pack to "pump" or energize the crystal. Unlike the "white" light produced by the Krypton lamp, the diodes produce a wavelength optimal to the YAG crystal. Thus, the diodes use less energy to generate the same relative power output. Because of the increased efficiency, less heat is generated so an external chiller is not required. |

The RETINAMATIC 2000 equipments are in use for the detection in real time of foreign contaminants as stones, metals, glasses, plastic, etc. In already stiff products or bulk productions with judging sensibilities that can come to 0.5mm (diameter of sphere) depending on the characteristics of the product (density of the same one).
