The mechanical flat belt lift table is equipped with independent safety belts which travel with the table during standard lifting operation without being subject to stress. This solution with patented mechanics fully conforms to the safety regulation in accordance with DIN EN 1570. Maintenance has been minimised by the use of wear-free parts and the operating life of the lift table considerably increased. The durability of the flat belts is guaranteed by the rubber coating of the steel cord tension members which optimally protects them from external influences. Neither retensioning nor lubrication is necessary.
Moreover, BELT-LINE impresses with its harmonious, uniform motion paired with high lifting speed and precise positioning accuracy. The Roto-Max was designed from the ground up with the operator in mind. The Roto-Max electric hydraulic work positioner places the load at the operator to determine where he or she would like the work load positioned.
t doesn't matter how short or tall the individual is since the operator determines the most comfortable working height. The Roto-Max allows complete flexibility to do the ergonomically safest job with maximum efficiency.
Whether the load is one pound or 3,500 pounds, the positioner height does not change until the individual wants it to change.
With a lowered height of only 6.5", an operator has easy access to the top layer of product. The raised height of 32.5" (plus pallet height) is ideally suited for most applications.

Velmex announces a series of manually operated UniSlide Elevating Tables. Used in science and industry, applications include gauging, positioning, feeding, inspection, assembly, packaging, dispensing, and testing.
The positioners are constructed of 6062-T6 aluminum alloy and low-friction polymer bearings. The tables in the background have a stable base plate and a right angle platform shelf secured to the slider. The platform can be inverted to reduce the minimum platform height to 0.75"-1". Lead screw advance is 0.100"/turn. Travel distances range from 1" to 12". Load capacities range from 30 to 100 lbs. Options include black anodized finish, lock screws and position readout.
The table in the foreground uses a large thumb wheel to turn a central lead screw between parallel guides to raise and lower the top platform. With this design, the space above and around the table top is unobstructed. Retracted height is 2.25". Travel range is 1"-3". Load capacity is 25 lbs.

Low profile lift tables, due to their low closed height, do not require a floor pit, offering flexibility of location and keeping installation costs to a minimum. It is possible to transport the table easily and in safety by a “mobility kit” from one work station to another providing an even higher flexibility in use.
Two versions are available, either full top platform or “U” shaped, which is particularly useful when loading a pallet safely onto the table using a hand pallet or pedestrian truck without the need for an access ramp.

The low profile feature provides greater flexibility since a variety of applications can be accommodated. And, installation costs are reduced since the need for a floor pit is eliminated.
With capacities ranging from 1,100 pounds to 3,300 pounds, the "Guardian" Series low profile lift tables are available in three versions with either a rectangular, "U" or "E" shaped top for numerous material handling applications.
The "U" shaped low profile table is ideal for handling wire baskets, containers and plastic and wooden pallets that have open bottoms. This design allows loading with either a manual or electric pallet truck without the need for a loading ramp.
The "E" shaped low profile table has all the features as the U-Lift and the other Guardian low profile tables. It is available in a 2,200 lb capacity. The advantage of the E-Lift is the center opening measures 28.9" which is ideal for a standard 27" wide pallet truck. The added center support of the E-Lift is designed to help prevent the pallet from deflecting downward in the center due to the wider center area. The center support is also shorter than the outside legs to allow easier access with the pallet truck.
