The Roto-Max was designed from the ground up with the operator in mind. The Roto-Max electric hydraulic work positioner places the load at the operator to determine where he or she would like the work load positioned.
t doesn't matter how short or tall the individual is since the operator determines the most comfortable working height. The Roto-Max allows complete flexibility to do the ergonomically safest job with maximum efficiency.
Whether the load is one pound or 3,500 pounds, the positioner height does not change until the individual wants it to change.
With a lowered height of only 6.5", an operator has easy access to the top layer of product. The raised height of 32.5" (plus pallet height) is ideally suited for most applications.
The 43" diameter top rotates easily, thus giving the operator access to product without having to stretch or walk around.
The high performance electric 1 & 1/2 hp motor runs on a standard 20 amp 115 volt single phase circuit.
Roto-Max has a capacity of 3,000 lbs. with a 14 second lift speed (RTMX-30). The high speed model (RTMX25HS) has an 8 second speed and 2,500 lbs. capacity.
A magnetic backed control box is standard and a foot control siwtch is available as an optional item.

Low profile lift tables, due to their low closed height, do not require a floor pit, offering flexibility of location and keeping installation costs to a minimum. The mechanical flat belt lift table is equipped with independent safety belts which travel with the table during standard lifting operation without being subject to stress. This solution with patented mechanics fully conforms to the safety regulation in accordance with DIN EN 1570. Maintenance has been minimised by the use of wear-free parts and the operating life of the lift table considerably increased. The durability of the flat belts is guaranteed by the rubber coating of the steel cord tension members which optimally protects them from external influences. Neither retensioning nor lubrication is necessary.
Moreover, BELT-LINE impresses with its harmonious, uniform motion paired with high lifting speed and precise positioning accuracy. Optima - Hymo Lift Table MX
All lift tables in the Hymo MX range have an exceptionally low profile when closed thus allowing them to be used directly on a flat floor without the need to make a pit. This means there are virtually no installation costs and the tables can be moved quickly and easily to other locations when required. The range consists of two basic models, each with a variety of platform sizes and load capacities.
The MX-E model is fitted with a unique E-shaped platform and is designed for pallet or stillage handling. The three arms of the ‘E’ support the underside of the pallet and the spaces between the arms allow the entry of a hand pallet truck to place and retrieve the load.
The MX-R model has a complete rectangular platform to support the load. If required it can be positioned in a shallow pit, but is more often used with a shallow access ramp to allow wheeled or palletised loads to be pushed onto the platform.

Velmex announces a series of manually operated UniSlide Elevating Tables. Used in science and industry, applications include gauging, positioning, feeding, inspection, assembly, packaging, dispensing, and testing.
The positioners are constructed of 6062-T6 aluminum alloy and low-friction polymer bearings. The tables in the background have a stable base plate and a right angle platform shelf secured to the slider. The platform can be inverted to reduce the minimum platform height to 0.75"-1". Lead screw advance is 0.100"/turn. Travel distances range from 1" to 12". Load capacities range from 30 to 100 lbs. Options include black anodized finish, lock screws and position readout.
