This elevator has been designed for pressrooms, using oversize pieces in normal production. In fact, it is one of the first products sold by B.R.C. and then it has been further developed and improved. The elevator is made of an electric welded and machined structure, made of some parts, which are described here. First of all, a 0,8 m³ hopper for bulk loading of the parts, with a thick rubber coating to reduce noise on piece handling. The hopper is fed through a pneumatic sorter to avoid possible piece jamming, driven by a 180 mm bore pneumatic cylinder.
The group designed to take and elevate the part from the hopper up to a suitable height for loading and to deposit it on the sorting-selecting belt is made instead of a vertical guide on which the slats transporting the pieces are hinged, by three 1" chains. The group is driven by a gearmotor allowing to change the feeding speed by a command on control panel; the gear is also equipped with a friction torque reducer avoiding possible damage due to jamming.
The sorting - selecting belt allows to put the pieces in a perfect position for loading and to select the exceeding or misplaced pieces for rejection, recovering them into the hopper through a rubber coated noise reducing chute. |

| Stainless steel construction of a pneumatic site is quite simple: the frame and moving platform, which lifts up an employee up to 1.8 m of height from the ground. There can be several of such sites in the slaughterhouse; however, their purpose can differ and it depends on the working tools that will be used for installation of this site: whether it will be skin peeling machines, or scission in half saws, or benders for legs and horns cutting, etc. Also, carcass re-hanging and tools sterilization is performed on the site. |

The ever increasing demand for a product meeting the loading requirements with low investments has led us to design this model, which is suitable for small, medium-sized parts, mostly valves and pipe fittings, used on assembly lines or transfer feeding.
The elevator structure is designed to use it slaved to handling groups or as an independent unit, being in both cases fully autonomous. It is made as follows: first of all a 0,3 m³ hopper for bulk loading of the parts, with a wearproof and antinoise polymeric coating; the hopper is fed through a sorter to avoid possible piece jamming
The group designed to take and elevate the part from the hopper up to a suitable height for loading is made of a vertical structure on which there is a reciprocating multiple blade unit for piece transfer. This group is driven by a pneumatic cylinder. |

The Roto-Max was designed from the ground up with the operator in mind. The Roto-Max electric hydraulic work positioner places the load at the operator to determine where he or she would like the work load positioned.
t doesn't matter how short or tall the individual is since the operator determines the most comfortable working height. The Roto-Max allows complete flexibility to do the ergonomically safest job with maximum efficiency.
Whether the load is one pound or 3,500 pounds, the positioner height does not change until the individual wants it to change.
With a lowered height of only 6.5", an operator has easy access to the top layer of product. The raised height of 32.5" (plus pallet height) is ideally suited for most applications.
The 43" diameter top rotates easily, thus giving the operator access to product without having to stretch or walk around.
The high performance electric 1 & 1/2 hp motor runs on a standard 20 amp 115 volt single phase circuit.
Roto-Max has a capacity of 3,000 lbs. with a 14 second lift speed (RTMX-30). The high speed model (RTMX25HS) has an 8 second speed and 2,500 lbs. capacity.
A magnetic backed control box is standard and a foot control siwtch is available as an optional item. |

Low profile lift tables, due to their low closed height, do not require a floor pit, offering flexibility of location and keeping installation costs to a minimum. It is possible to transport the table easily and in safety by a “mobility kit” from one work station to another providing an even higher flexibility in use.

Optima - Hymo Lift Table MX
All lift tables in the Hymo MX range have an exceptionally low profile when closed thus allowing them to be used directly on a flat floor without the need to make a pit. This means there are virtually no installation costs and the tables can be moved quickly and easily to other locations when required. The range consists of two basic models, each with a variety of platform sizes and load capacities.
The MX-E model is fitted with a unique E-shaped platform and is designed for pallet or stillage handling. The three arms of the ‘E’ support the underside of the pallet and the spaces between the arms allow the entry of a hand pallet truck to place and retrieve the load.
The MX-R model has a complete rectangular platform to support the load. If required it can be positioned in a shallow pit, but is more often used with a shallow access ramp to allow wheeled or palletised loads to be pushed onto the platform.

Velmex announces a series of manually operated UniSlide Elevating Tables. Used in science and industry, applications include gauging, positioning, feeding, inspection, assembly, packaging, dispensing, and testing.
The positioners are constructed of 6062-T6 aluminum alloy and low-friction polymer bearings. The tables in the background have a stable base plate and a right angle platform shelf secured to the slider. The platform can be inverted to reduce the minimum platform height to 0.75"-1". Lead screw advance is 0.100"/turn. Travel distances range from 1" to 12". Load capacities range from 30 to 100 lbs. Options include black anodized finish, lock screws and position readout.
