ACI scissor docks are specially designed to solve the problems of height difference between docks and trucks. They allow easy loading and unloading operations, whatever the height of the dock or truck bed, even when you do not have a loading dock.
This solution provides a permanently level board and more important course than with a dock leveller.
Our scissor docks are CE certified and comply with EN 1570 standard, as well as "Machines n°98/37/CE Directive".
The board is made of non-slip steel treadplate. The design of these boards enables them to withstand static or dynamic loads such as trolleys, pallet trucks, all types of forklift trucks...
The scissor docks are usually pit mounted, therefore providing access from dock to truck or dock to yard.

Autoquip Truck Levelers are a superior dock solution to the traditional hinged dock-levelers or throw-over plates mounted onto the dock floor when faced with the challenge of loading & unloading trucks of varied heights. Hydraulic Truck Levelers are installed outdoors, in front of a dock or loading area, therefore not using valuable dock space. Truck Levelers also eliminate door security concerns and air loss is minimized in refrigerated or heated applications. Ancra Systems’ patented skate system, the Load Runner, combines three functions in one system:
* compacting pallets;
* configuring the load;
* automatic loading and unloading of the load.
The benefits are clear. Furthermore, no automatic loading / unloading systems are required in the trailer. This means that the loading capacity remains guaranteed, without the need for extra investments.
The skate system is a fixed system, installed at a fixed location for the loading / unloading platform, or on a traverse truck that can serve several docks. The transport platforms, mounted on a steel frame, lift and move the load. The main function is to automatically load and unload a complete load in one go. However, the pallets are first of all configured to create a compact unit, ready for handling.
Ancra’s skate system allows 33 Euro pallets to be loaded / unloaded in a process that is completed in six minutes.

The SB300 S is a truck-mounted kit, normally fixed to the chassis frame. It can also be engineered for a demountable application. This model is suitable for commercial and military uses.
The truck can be a 6x4 or an 8x4 axle model to support the container weight. The hydraulic system of the truck-mount is PTO /pump driven.
This kit comes with an internationally approved radio remote control, and can also be supplied as a cable remote with a 10m cable.

The POWER P is an extra-strong hookloader with a design – including a double slewing mechanism – which endows it with enormous lifting capacity reserves and an enormous outreach at low level. The hook arm movement describes two consecutive circular movements and in this way ensures a very flat lift angle. The POWER impresses by virtue of its low dead weight and extremely easy maintenance. As an option a knuckle-type hook arm is also offered, which further increases flexibility in the range of container lengths. The Combisafe Loading System is designed for the loading and unloading of materials from the top of flatbed vehicles in a safe manner.
Mobile and demountable, this fall protection system can be positioned adjacent to the lorry bed to permit a person access to the whole area. The system comprises two counterweighted bases each containing three tonnes of ballast, on top of which an Alsipercha body is placed with an application specific fall arrest block. The anchor position on the units is 6m from the ground, permitting a working height of up to 5m. For lorry beds longer than 6m, the user must be connected to both fall arresters simultaneously.
The Combisafe Loading system accommodates slopes or uneven ground, to a maximum inclination of 7°. It can be used either on site or in a loading yard.
It satisfies the performance requirements of EN 795 Class B.

The transfer operations can be done some is the positioning of the cistern compared to the plunger tube of the arm. The external tube struggles horizontally on 360° thus making it possible to reach the various domes of the cisterns multi tanks. The arm is folded up with the vertical in position rest with its principal tube and its plunger tube.
