Saia-motor for positioning, opening/closing or dosing
The new 20mm UAL linear actuator is a small powerhouse. With a resolution of 21 µm per full step, it has a constant force of up to 30 N over the full travel range of 15mm. The compact housing, with a 20mm external diameter, is supported by a direct cable outlet.
The design of the actuator can be engi-neered as a bipolar or unipolar stepper motor, as well as a synchronous motor (max. 50 Vac.). The flexible manufactur-ing of the actuator allows a customer-specific mounting flange and a tailor-made layout design to meet all customer needs. Therefore, the linear actuator has the best preconditions to be used in posi-tioning units, valves and dosing pumps, for example in medical technology or in locking systems.

HAYDON dual motion actuators are based on unique, patented designs and incorporate Haydon’s proven motor technology.
Three sizes are offered from 35 mm to 57 mm, providing independent linear and rotary motion from a compact package.
In certain applications, it is required to have both rotary and linear motion. Such an application, for example, is in the robotic picking and placing of components where it may be required to axially move a component to an insertion position and then rotate the component to screw it in place.
The linear/ rotary unit allows for simplified system design and a reduction in the number of components. It is ideal for use in tight fitting applications requiring precise two degrees of freedom, controllable motion, pick and place equipment, robotics, and a wide array of instrumentation.

Programmable electric linear rotary actuators with either direct drive or gearbox equipped rotary units. Fully programmable in force/torque, velocity and position with 100% data capture and feed back facility. Standard linear resolution is 5micron with 1micron and 0.5micron options available.
The SMAC unique “Softland” routine within the actuator allows the rod to approach at high speed then land on the surface of a component with a low programmable force. This unique feature is extremely useful whenever delicate or high value components are being handled.
SMAC electric actuators are used widely in packaging, labelling, automotive, SMT, robotics, pharmaceutical, medical assembly, laser cutting, high speed scanning, glass cutting, dispensing, switch testing, spot welding, soldering & measuring applications to name but a few.

Electric dual actuators are electromechanical units that convert low DC voltage from a control box into movement. TWINDRIVE®-systems consist of electric dual actuators with integrated control boxes and controls for adjustment when mounted in bed applications.
The electric dual actuator system TWINDRIVE supplies the growing demand for motorised systems in adjustable electric beds. The electric dual actuator systems from LINAK are specially designed for applications like
adjustable leisure beds and comfort furniture
adjustable hospital beds
adjustable care beds
TWINDRIVE is characterised by a very low built-in dimension, which makes it unique in this market, and gives much more free height under the bed than previous electric dual actuators.
The TWINDRIVE systems also support integration of special features like massage, infrared control, and much more.

Available in DC stepper or AC synchronous, Hurst linear actuators provide a conversion of rotary motion to linear motion in can-stack ermanent magnet motors. By passing a 1/4 threaded rod through a hollow rotor hub with mating threads, the normal rotary motion is converted to linear movement for positioning in either direction. Some common application include: X - Y tables, small elevators, height adjustment of sampling tables, general purpose linear positioning.

There is an increasing demand for comfort, economic efficiency, safety and respect for ecological values, factors which drive forward the increased use of precisely controllable systems. This requires compact, high-performance and robust actuators at the interface between the control mechanism and the controlled processes. SONCEBOZ linear actuators are eminently suitable for such tasks. This is why they handle idling control in vehicle engines, control three-way valves in heating and air conditioning equipment or control physical processes in medical analysis appliances. All this is possible only because of the robustness against environmental influences, the high precision and proven quality of actuators.
