The Fixturlaser Dirigo puts laser alignment accuracy within reach of everyone! The ergonomically designed control unit fits comfortably in one hand. The live display means that you will get instant feedback when shimming or moving the machines. This eliminates the guesswork and back and forth you're suffering through now. All this at an affordable price that means a really quick payback.
Fast, Easy, Precise
The Fixturlaser Dirigo features a unique laser line instead of the traditional laser dot. This makes setup and alignment much easier, as the line is wide and is easily projected to the laser detector.
The Fixturlaser Dirigo also features graduated labels on the laser heads that work with the laser lines, to help the operator "visualize" the misalignment condition. This visual cue reinforces the digital values that are displayed on the unit, and makes evaluation and correction of misalignment an easier process. This is very useful when performing rough alignment. The alignment data is continuously updated. All movements of the motor are simultaneously displayed on the screen. The measurement results are displayed with a resolution of 0,01 mm. As you shim or move the machine, the values will be updated to let you know exactly where you are at each step of the way. This means no more guessing about the shim amount, or how much to move a machine. With the Fixturlaser Dirigo laser alignment system there is no interpreting of the values as with dial indicators. The position sensitive detectors precisely measure the misalignment. The large LCD display clearly presents the position of the machinery being aligned.

Fixturlaser GO Features
Several of its features are adopted from the innovative Fixturlaser XA system, which will reduce the time spent on pre-alignment actions, measurement registration, performing the actual alignment, remeasuring to make certain that you have a correctly aligned machine; and, finally, documenting the measurement data.
The pre-mounted fixtures speed up mounting and packing of the fixtures.
Other characteristics facilitating the handling of the system are the icon based user interface, a typical Fixturlaser trademark, now used in our systems for more than 15 years.
The measurements can be transferred to a PC by connecting the display unit to the USB connection. When connected the display unit appears as a mass storage device in your PC. Files are then easily transferred using the Explorer on the PC.
The CCD technology used in the measurement units’ extra large detector area (30 mm)minimizes or, in most cases, eliminates the need for rough alignment. This technology also makes it possible to suppress ambient light and it rejects side spots that might interfere with the accuracy of the measurement values.
Line laser combined with the CCD, renders the laser adjustment easier than ever. The measurement units will always be in the right position sideways, and vertical adjustments are easily done by unsnapping the measurement units’ snap-on fixtures.
The three LED lights on the display unit indicate whether the couplings are within tolerance (green light), within double tolerance (orange light), or out of double tolerance (red).

LineLazer is a shaft alignment kit for Leonova™ and its software present some crafty technical innovations to increase accuracy and ease of use.
Easy aiming
The laser beam is spread horizontally and directed towards a 35 mm [1.4 inch] vertical detector. This makes the effective target size larger compared with other high performance measuring units using pencil beams and 18 mm [0.7 inch] square detectors. LineLazer measuring units need no adjustment screws and stay on target even when misalignment is severe.
Coded light
The laser beam is modulated and thus easily and automatically distinguished from interfering light sources.

The Photon Laser Module is a self-contained module designed as a complete laser diode solution for OEM use. Applications include industrial alignment, machine vision, measurement & positioning, medical fluorescence and bar code readers.
Wavelengths range from 635nm-830nm, with an elliptical output beam and powers from 0.9mW to 85mW. The laser modules can be supplied with various coloured sleeves to assist in wavelength and power identification. Other wavelengths and power options are available - please contact our sales department to discuss your requirements.
The customer-adjustable lens for collimated or focused beam may be replaced by other optical systems such as line and cross generators.
The laser module consists of an anodised aluminium housing, laser diode, drive circuit and collimating lens, either cylindrical or with a 25mm mounting flange. Mechanical dimensions are 12 mm diameter x 43mm length and all standard Photon Module options are available. Electrical connections are made via external flying leads.

The Fixturlaser OffsetXA fixtures provide express alignment of offset mounted machines.
Machines with offset drives are often thought of as insensitive to angular errors between driving and driven shaft. Vibration analyses and experiences from paper industry professionals have proved that this is not the case. Conventional alignment methods cannot provide the needed level of accuracy. Using the Fixturlaser XA together with the Fixturlaser OffsetXA expansion kit, you can precision align any offset mounted machine as fast as you align any other shafts. The Fixturlaser OffsetXA Expansion kit consists of both software and fixtures.
The Fixturlaser OffsetXA fixture is equipped with a laser pointer, which means that the alignment system is not needed in order to mount the fixtures. The fixtures only have to be adjusted until both the lasers are hitting the centre of the opposing target. Thanks to this feature, the mounting can be performed fast (read more about the Fixturlaser OffsetXA Expansion kit and its software in the Fixturlaser XA brochure.
