Low Friction - non-filled thermoplastic polyester rod bushing
Addtional rod seals with four seating points
Vacuum port is tunneled between 2 multi-lobed seals
Benefits
Eliminates the possibility of petroleum based lubricants and bronze bushing particles from entering the environment, in the event of a rod seal failure.
Allows for vacuum switch line to be used to diagnose a failure of either the outer wiper seal, or inner pressure seal and will act as vacuum preventing any unwanted material from entering the environment.
Available in standard inch Bore size(s): 3/4" to 1-5/8" Bore
Available in stocked lengths from 1/8" to 4"

Power groups series AX have same technical and functional concept than series AP.
Thanks to their compact shape, power groups series AX can be used when small dimensions are needed.
Special configuration shape allows longer approach and work strokes, than ones of series AP.

The Two Shaft Linear Thrusters offer a compact design while offering maximum design flexibility. They feature two precision guide shafts that provide non-rotational linear guidance and high load capacity. Replaceable linear ball bearings are standard and provide long life, high load capacity and low-friction service. Optional composite bushings and chrome plated stainless steel guide shafts provide a solution for more challenging environments. A stainless steel option is offered for wash down applications.
The black anodized precision machined housings are designed for replaceable stainless steel or aluminum body nose mounted cylinders. Cylinder options range from magnetic pistons to dry service. Other options include position sensing, counterbored or tapped short or long tooling plates, auxiliary mounting plates, and external bumpers or hydraulic shock absorbers.
