Intechangeable with other manufacturers NOOK Precision Profile Rail Linear Guide Systems provide stable and efficient linear motion guidance under variable speeds and high load conditions.
NOOK Precision Profile Rail runner blocks are available in two designs. One runner block design utilizes steel return tubes for ball recirculation and the other utilizes a plastic end cap for ball recirculation. The tube type recirculation system enables the runner block to be used for higher speed applications. The plastic end cap runner block is narrower in width than the return tube style block. Is it taking too long to make a fixture to increase production?
Mitee-Bite Products makes fixture building easier and quicker with the addition of ready made locating rails.
Mill a slot in the fixture plate to locate the rail and drill and tap the mounting holes. The height of the rails can be adjusted by the depth of the slot. Steps can be machined on the rails to hold the work piece above the fixture plate or a radius can be machined to match the contour on machinable clamps for irregular shape parts.
Locating rails are made of low carbon steel, precision ground square and are available in a number of sizes and lengths to suit most applications

Miniature Linear Guide Series
The miniaturisation in the assembling technology is going ahead. This makes sense to develop new miniature linear guide systems for such tiny applications.
There are now reliable linear guide systems with ball circulation available. Even for the smallest mounting activities. The new assortment of miniature guide systems start with a rail width of 3 mm. The complete range of miniature guides consists of rails in size 3, 5, 7, 9, 12 and 15 mm width.
To this product range fits also a complete range of wide rails available. The width of the rails is about 3 times the dimension of the standard rails. This design has big advantages in applications where you are not able to use 2 rails in parallel. This rails and carriages can accept very high moment loads on a very small space and make a very compact design of linear drive units possible.
A patented ball return system is responsible for a very smooth and quiet movement also at high speed. The carriages have a special ball retainer to keep the balls inside the carriage. The balls don%u2019t get lost when you remove the carriages from the rails.

Yitong linear guideway – Compact rails - miniature linear guide.
Yitong compact rail linear guide system consists of a separated sliding carriage and a guide rail.
The guide rail is made of high quality carbon steel.
The sliding carriage is mounted with three pieces or more high quality LV series track rollers, two rollers are fixed on the block, and others are all with eccentric functions.
The sliding carriage could be dismounted from the rail very easily, which makes this guide system extremely convenient in mounting and adjusting.
