Carriages
Track roller guidance systems comprise one or more aluminium carriages, profiled track rollers and a straight or curved guideway. Carriages are available as hollow section carriages, open carriages, compact carriages and bogie type carriages for curved, oval and circular guidance systems.
Guideways
Guideways consist of an aluminium rail with shafts made from rolling bearing steel rolled into the sides. The guideways are available in many different designs, e.g. guideways with a solid profile, hollow section guideways, flat guideways, guideways with a slot etc. Selection depends on the puropse to which the track roller guidance system will be put.

Lubrication :
The whole of our linear guideway are provided with a greasing nipple at the end. As for the lateral installation, we recommend that the nipple should be mounted at the non-reference side, other wise please contact us.
Seal :
In standard all our linear guideway have end seal and bottom seal. In option we have the possibility of delivering our linear guideway with double joints
and/or plate steel.

The Vector Trio incorporates standard v-groove guide rollers and track in a patent-pending, compliant design. 3 rollers are fixed to the carriage plate and roll between 2 track sections to give a compact design. The MONORACE system is a rigid linear system, used with one or two rails. The system is composed of MRL-MRS-rails and RV guiding sliders, which contain guiding rollers type RCV-REV. The slider is composed of a ground steel body with protective surface treatment.
The sliders come standard with 3 either 5 ROLLERACE rollers.
Thanks to optimized design, the Monorace system guarantees load and moment capacities significantly higher than its competitors, within the same compact dimensions. When used as single rail, the system allows for loads and moments in all directions.
When more than one rail is used, the rails must be well aligned to assure smooth movement and to eliminate binding.

Castor guidance
Particularly for applications with those it on small friction and small noise arrives the new castor guidance SG and OSG was developed.
