Track roller guidance systems are linear guidance systems that can be compiled according to a modular concept for a wide variety of applications. Due to their lightweight construction, they are highly suitable for use in handling systems. They are particularly characterised by quiet running, high traverse speeds, long displacement distances and the modular concept.
Carriages
Track roller guidance systems comprise one or more aluminium carriages, profiled track rollers and a straight or curved guideway. Carriages are available as hollow section carriages, open carriages, compact carriages and bogie type carriages for curved, oval and circular guidance systems.
Guideways
Guideways consist of an aluminium rail with shafts made from rolling bearing steel rolled into the sides. The guideways are available in many different designs, e.g. guideways with a solid profile, hollow section guideways, flat guideways, guideways with a slot etc. Selection depends on the puropse to which the track roller guidance system will be put.

The innovative linear system of the T-Race Family is setting new standards in the world of roller-based linear systems and telescopic rails. Thanks to the outstanding design of raceways and sliders with the possibility of self-aligning (principle of guiding and loading slider) with only one type of raceway the T-Race system offers many advantages of storekeeping, construction and economy.
Typical applications for cam roller units are for example machine doors, tool changers, handling systems and high quality drawers.
The roller-based system is available in raceway sizes 18, 28 and 43 mm. By combination you can build different variations, for example telescopic rails.

Castor guidance
Particularly for applications with those it on small friction and small noise arrives the new castor guidance SG and OSG was developed.
The execution SG offers a particularly compact building method, since the castors run in a channel from aluminum with inserted hardened waves. The load-carrying capacity of the system can be changed thereby by the number of castors.
The execution OSG possesses a base from aluminum with inserted hardened waves. The castors are outside employed with this design.
The castors can very sensitively be employed and so the running properties excellently to application be adjusted by the eccentric execution of the castor axles.
The rails are manufactured in 4 m length and can be shortened depending upon need or also built up. When desired the waves can be manufactured also from rust-steady material.

Linear roller bearings are suitable in conjunction with guideways for locating/locating or locating/non-locating bearing arrangements and form a bearing arrangement system for linear motion with unlimited stroke length. In closed arrangements, they can support loads from all directions and moments about all axes. Their load carrying capacity is extremely high and the space required is very small. The guidance systems can be preloaded by adjusting gibs and have extremely high rigidity when preloaded.
Since the guidance elements have a versatile range of possible arrangements, linear recirculating roller guidance systems are suitable for numerous applications in general machine building, especially for linear guidance systems in machine tools where high guidance and positioning accuracies are required over long traverse distances.
The range is supplemented by adjusting gibs for precise setting of the preload, setting devices for measuring the deformation of the adjacent construction where preload forces must be supported and adapters for easy mounting of the linear roller bearings in a 45° arrangement.

IKO Crossed Roller Way is a linear motion rolling guide in which a roller cage is incorporated between two ways with V-shaped raceways. As the cylindrical rollers are alternately crossed, Crossed Roller Way can receive loads in any direction and can achieve very smooth linear motion with very high accuracy. Wide variations in size are available for selections suitable for each application.

Standard type and module type
Two types are available: the standard type and the module type. In the standard type four ways and two roller cages are used as one set, while in the module type two inner ways are integrated into a single piece.
Very smooth operation
Precisely finished raceways are combined with roller cages, in which the length of super precise rollers is accurately controlled to avoid skewing. Very smooth linear motion with very little frictional resistance and free from stick-slip can be achieved.

SHOES OF GUIDANCE
The shoes of guidance to rollers have a steel induction hardenings structure and rectified, provided with four circuits of recirculation to rollers. These systems are used in the event of load very
