FS 6000
The FILL SEAL 6000 TRONIC is a filling/sealing machine with an 8-station rotary table. It is completely automatic and conceived to package a wide range of liquid and doughy products (such as yogurt, sauces, jams, etc…)
In spite of its compactness, this machine can package 2 cups per cycle thus satisfying both medium and high production requirements (up to 6000 pieces per hour).
The machine can run containers made of several materials such as PP, PET, APET, aluminium, couplet cardboard.
Strongly versatile, the FS 6000 is available in two versions: the STANDARD version that seals pre-cut lids and the FILM version that seals and cuts film coming from a reel.

This model is an automatic compact MONOBLOCK with a small footprint to accommodate our costumers that have limited floor space. It has been designed for having the monoblock features in a reduced room.

VERTICAL VOLUMETRIC FILLERS
Air-operated volumetric fillers manufactured with food grade materials. These machines are very light and easy to be moved and are available in different models.
The product can be drawn from a container placed below the machine or from a storage tank without external pumps.

Description
The volumetric filling system by dosing cylinders is particularly indicated to fill viscous and semi-viscous products such as creams, shampoo, conditioners etc.
The piston is manufactured entirely in stainless steel AISI316 (dosing cylinder) and anodized aluminum (pneumatic cylinder).
The filling volume is set by means of the hand-wheels on the cylinders. By turning the hand-wheels the stroke of the cylinder and consequently the suction volume of the product are regulated.
Chico P
The Chico basic configuration is provided with the following modules
- Filling system with pneumatic piston fillings.
- “Non-drip” and “anti-foaming” nozzles connected to the related pumps. The provided nozzles are suitable to the product to be filled. The nozzles are entirely manufactured in stainless steel AISI316, and they can be easily disassembled to facilitate the sterilization operation. The pipes connecting the filling heads to the related pumps are manufactured in a material suitable to convey the product to be filled.
- Manual height adjustment through hand wheel to easily adjust the nozzles to different bottle sizes.
- Product hopper with different capacities according to the request. It can be connected to the customer’s storage tank.
- Control panel with touch screen for the intuitive setting of machine functions.
- Conveyor system with resin or stainless steel chain and guide rails adjustable to the bottle size. Stainless steel supporting structure. Drive unit with idler is available on demand. (Possibility to install a linear conveyor or a closed circuit).

Feige Filling, the leading manufacturer of filling machines, has completed its series “SlimLine“ with a bag filler. With this new development Feige follows the trend towards packing liquid and pasty products not only in cans, pails, drums or IBC but also into plastic bags.
The new stainless steel “BagFiller” has been designed in well proven Feige quality to meet highest demands.
According to the motto “keep it simple“ Feige has done without any over-engineering and yet this filler offers all the main functions of a gravimetric filler.
The well proven “Plug & Fill” principle is also the basis for the new bag filler, i.e. this filler is ready mounted for production! Power supply is put on, compressed air and product line are connected and the filler can straight be used for W& M approved filling of open plastic bags with liquid or pasty products. Complex installation, cable conduits and cable laying can completely be spared.
For this type of the “BagFillingLine” the operator fixes an open bag to the bag holder and presses the “START” button. The bag is safely hold during filling, lying on the bag support. After precise W&M approved filling in coarse and fine fill the bag will be removed from the filler and sealed with a sealing unit.
Even for the cost-effective bag filler one important feature of Feige filling machines is not missing: Filling valves with minimum dead space and self-adjusting sealing, with quick connectors for quick change of product and efficient cleaning.

This system is equipped with a set of dosing pistons that take the product from the filling tank, positioned in the centre of the filler; the liquid is then volumetrically measured and is positively displaced into the container.
This is a highly effective and accurate system that can be either operated by pneumatic or mechanical actions.

Bardi fillers for still water in large containers fulfills the following requirements:
- The filling process avoids the contact between the valve and the neck of the bottle (risk of contamination transfer).
- The filling process is electronically controlled to ensure into the bottle the predetermined volume of water.
- The filling valve and all the piping, valves etc. in contact with the product have a sanitary design and are made of aisi 316 S.S.
- All parts in contact with the product are prearranged for 3 or 5 steps CIP (cleaning in place) sterilization treatment.
- The filling cabinet is equipped with overpressure air flow. A minimum class 1000 air filtration is guaranteed, so as to protect the filling environment from the external ambient contamination.
- The washer and filler is "in block" in order to avoid the potential contamination of the clean bottles travelling from the washer outlet to the filling area.

With a new generation of fillers for the filling of pails and cans from 2.5 kg to 30 kg with liquid and pasty products Feige revolutionises the field of filling machines.
For the first time, Feige engineers succeeded in packing electric and pneumatic control in one common control cabinet. After installation and power supply has been put on, the machine is ready for use. Cable conduits and cable laying to remotely installed control cabinets can be spared.
Depending on the product features and desired filling output the customer can chose between 2", 3" or 6" pull-type or push-type filling valves.
High output of up to 600 pails per hour (referred to 20 l pails) is realised through the Feige product flow control which helps to minimise the filling time in interaction with the product pump. The centrepiece is the scale electronics and the keypad where the operator can select the product and machine parameters for the dedicated product. Up to 256 product data records can be stored.
The whole "Plug & Fill" filler is mounted on a frame ready for production. The filler is completely tested and will be supplied with the CE sign. Moreover, this type of filling machine can be designed as per ATEX regulation for hazardous area application (zone 1). The customer does not have to care for extensive test procedures. FLEXIFILL SERIES
FLEXIFILL is a series of in-line fillers that can be either electronically or mechanically driven, intermittent or continuous motion. High flexibility is guaranteed thanks to the possibility of using them for all types of pharmaceutical products (eye drops, contact lens solutions, detergents, infusions, oral and topical solutions).

Rotary filling machines are built with 12,18,24,36 or 42 filling valves for volumes up to 5.000 ml. Output rates from 4.000 up to 36.000 units per hour, depending on the products and the containers. These machines can be built to form a Monobloc system, with the rotary capping machine.

Scope of use
For packing into cups such products as: cream, yogurt, cheese, butter, jam, honey, pate, salad etc. It is possible to pack different combinations of products (at two different products or the ones with compound consistency) e.g. instant soups with noodles, goulash with pieces of meet, yogurts with pieces of fruit. The packed products can have the temperature up to 75° C. The cups or other containers of various shapes and dimensions can be locked with caps made of aluminium thermally sealable foil or latch caps made of plastics.
Working principle
Cups are fed from a drum, placed in seats and moved further to the so-called packing round carousel. Process of filling the appropriate number of products is carried out with the use of cylindrical volume batcher or with the use of the selected set of batchers, depending on the kind of the packed product. Than the cap is put onto the cup and heated by a head. Date printer prints the date or short trade information on the cap surface. Ready packages are fed to receiving conveyor.
