Filler Description
- Autokap™ 1000 is a Single-Head Semi-Automatic Bulk filler that can fill bags ranging from 250 to 1400 litre directly into drums and bins.
- The filler is setup to run a center glanded bag usually supplied in a folded format.
- After loading the bag, the fill head moves to the bottom of the container and rises as the bag fills from the bottom of the container.
- Fillers are specified for the required type of liquid to fill. The Autokap™1000
series is compatible with a large range of fitments.

- The Sterikap™ 800 is a Single-Head Semi-Automatic bag filler ideal for a range of Aseptic and Extended Shelf Life (ESL) products.
- The filler can fill bags from 1.5 to 25 litres in capacity and be fitted with a variety of taps, caps and tubes.
- Sterikap™ 800 is ideal for startup and medium production. Bags are manually loaded into the filler. After filling, they are released for loading into boxes.
- The fill chamber and all product lines are automatically cleaned in place (CIP) after each production run and sterilized in place (SIP) before each run.
- The fill chamber is fully enclosed and sterility is maintained during production with a combination of steam, sterilant water or sterile air.

Intasept™ 2400 Single-Head Semi Automatic Aseptic filler for the 32mm gland format can fill:
- 5 litre bags at up to 4 bags per minute
- 10 litre bags at up to 3 bags per minute
Filler Description
- The Intasept™ 2400 Single-Head Semi-Automatic Aseptic range can fill bags from 2 to 30-litres in capacity.
- Bags are manually loaded into the filler. After filling, they are released to the rear of the machine for loading into boxes.
- The fill table can be adjusted to allow manual filling of 210 litre bags into drums (available as option).
- Two fillers can be installed as an integrated pair for twin-head operation.
- Intasept™ 2400 is available with 16mm or 32mm fill head. The filler is available in a qualified version for biomedical and pharmaceutical applications.

With its specially designed distribution nozzle and capping system, this vertical filler is easily and conveniently employed to fill “bag-in-box” containers with food and no-food, low and medium viscosity products. No extra pump is required.
Once filled-up and closed, the bag-in-box container is easily removed through the roller-conveyor.

A modern, upgradable, automated filling machine, the Premia is ideal for medium and large-scale fiiling of vacuum bags and rigid containers from 2 tp 30 litres. MTM Power GmbH, the specialist for high quality power supplies, offers in its program DC/DC converters for automotive applications. The series WRC is available with 30, 60, 100 and 150 W. The converters are designed for mobile use acc. to EN 50 155, LES-DB-BN 411 002 and IEC 571-1 (railway, automotive). The battery voltages 24, 36, 72, 90 and 110 V +40/-45 % are covered with three input voltage ranges. All four power ranges have a high efficiency and are available with single or dual output voltages. The converters have an extreme high reliability (MTBF >1.000.000 h, TA = +40 °C) and an isolation of at least 2,1 kVDC (prim.-sec.). The temperature range is -40...+85 °C acc. to EN 50 155. AirClean Systems PCR Combination Workstation
AirClean®Systems PCR workstations with UVTect™ microprocessor control, allow you to maintain a Class 100 clean work area during PCR preparation. The AC600 Series LFUV Model has a built-in 254 nm ultraviolet light that allows the operator to irradiate tubes, flasks and pipettes between amplifications. The 254 nm ultraviolet light will effectively destroy potentially contaminating DNA and RNA within minutes. UVTect™ monitors the life of the bulb to ensure proper levels of irradiation.
The workstations feature a unique interlocking sash with a safety overlap to prevent gaps. The sash also has a safety switch that automatically turns off the ultraviolet light and activates the blower and fluorescent light when the sash is raised. The PSSR Universal Patch and Splice Sliding Rack Mount Panel is an excellent choice for applications requiring an extremely compact and easy-to-use design. It is used to patch, or to patch and splice fibers and to provide cross-connection capability. It accommodates up to 24 connections and can use a wide variety of connector types. The panel can be installed in either a 19” or a 23” rack and occupies only 1.75” 1U of rack space.
