FS 2500
The ILPRA Fill Seal 2500 is a filling/sealing machine equipped with a turntable, conceived to meet the market request of a machine for automatic filling and packaging of liquid and doughy products at a price that even the manufacturer that has to start with a limited pruduction can afford.
It is particularly suitable for a small and medium productions, it is entirely made of stainless steel and anodized aluminium. All the main drive is mechanical, thus granting an high precision in working and a remarkable easiness of use and maintenance.
The functions of the machine are mechanically controlled by a cam system and a microprocessor that enables the machine to perform all the operations with the higest precision.

FS 6000
The FILL SEAL 6000 TRONIC is a filling/sealing machine with an 8-station rotary table. It is completely automatic and conceived to package a wide range of liquid and doughy products (such as yogurt, sauces, jams, etc…)
In spite of its compactness, this machine can package 2 cups per cycle thus satisfying both medium and high production requirements (up to 6000 pieces per hour).
The machine can run containers made of several materials such as PP, PET, APET, aluminium, couplet cardboard.
Strongly versatile, the FS 6000 is available in two versions: the STANDARD version that seals pre-cut lids and the FILM version that seals and cuts film coming from a reel.

Tube Filling Machines TFS 80-1/-2
Smooth, efficient and trouble-free loading of empty tubes into the filling machine and the discharge of filled and closed tubes from the filler into the downstream cartoner at output rates between 100 and 180 tubes / min. is guaranteed by innovative tube conveying systems.

Scope of use
For packing into cups such products as: cream, yogurt, cheese, butter, jam, honey, pate, salad etc. It is possible to pack different combinations of products (at two different products or the ones with compound consistency) e.g. instant soups with noodles, goulash with pieces of meet, yogurts with pieces of fruit. The packed products can have the temperature up to 75° C. The cups or other containers of various shapes and dimensions can be locked with caps made of aluminium thermally sealable foil or latch caps made of plastics.
Working principle
Cups are fed from a drum, placed in seats and moved further to the so-called packing round carousel. Process of filling the appropriate number of products is carried out with the use of cylindrical volume batcher or with the use of the selected set of batchers, depending on the kind of the packed product. Than the cap is put onto the cup and heated by a head. Date printer prints the date or short trade information on the cap surface. Ready packages are fed to receiving conveyor.

The machine for the volume filling of cups type APK
Automatic filling machine APK is appointed for volumetric filling of liquids and pasts (fluids, jams, honey, diary products, spreads, pasty, mayonnaise salad) – foodstuffs and non-foodstuffs character.
The machine is mechano-pneumatic and it is made of stainless steel. The control system SIEMENS is used and all pneumatic components are from FESTO. As a packing material can be used paper, plastic and aluminium foil. Lids are welding, impressing or covering. The machine may be adapted for various forms of covers and for filling of several components to one cover.
