" Bio-Gas by P.E. "
The "Bio-Gas Production & Mixing System by P.E." is applied in the Primary and Secondary Digestion with the aim to produce Bio-Gas through the ANAEROBIC DIGESTIONS of the Sludge.
Thanks to its properties, the "Bio-Gas System by P.E." performs:
> a continuous & controlled mixing of the sludge
> the uniformity of the digestion process inside the digesters
> the uniformity of the temperature (T) of the sludge to be treated
> the elimination of the thermal stratification
> the absence of any deposit inside the digesters
> the optimization of the process conditions , such as the intimate contact, fast digestion, no superficial crust ...
These performances enhance an Improvement of the Digestion Process that provides:
> an increase of the Treated Sludge Flow
> a decrease of the Residence Time (R.T.)
> an higher working flexibility
> an increase of the Bio-Gas production
Since no sludge/water separation and no maintenance are required, the “Bio-Gas System by P.E." guarantees an high utilization and high performances of the digester in which it is applied.
The heart of this system is the application of "Special Bio-Gas Diffusers" to guarantee a Forced & Controlled Mixing of the processed fluids: Sludge, Gas & others.
Thanks to his experience, P.E. can offer two types of Bio-Gas Diffusers:
> "Helixor Bio-Gas Diffuser"
> " Jet-Helix Bio-Gas Diffuser"
that satisfy the productivity required by the Clients, in accordance with their process specifications and operation competitiveness. |

The miniature valves of the mircrovalve technology are particularly suitable for handling technology. The microvalve products offer high performance and require a minimum of space and cabling. The 2/2 and 3/2 directional valves with electro-magnetic activation and the nominal diameters 1,5 mm, 2,5 mm and 3,0 mm are in closed position when no voltage is present. With both valve types, pressure and vacuum may be switched. The MV microvalves consist of following components:
Valve cartridge
Valve cover (fixed or rotary)
Accessories
Direct integration of microvalves in either customized or universal systems, e. g. pneumatic actuator systems, is possible with a swivelling fitting. The modular design of the GAS microvalves enables the customer to fit optional throttles, silencers etc. via a thread on the rotary cover. |
