The STA DPS system is a plate phase separator for static separation of two fluid phases which differ in density by at least 5% (e.g. coolant lubricant emulsion and hydraulic oil). Using gravitation (sinking of the heavy phase) and coalescence (merging of droplets), the light phase is made to float when flowing through the unit, and continually runs off.
Plate phase industrial separators are used more and more frequently on account of increasing requirements regarding purity of industrial fluids, e.g. the separation of mineral oils from waste water, emulsions and degreasing baths. They can be operated with very low operating costs and can be used universally.

The oil seperator effectively removes oil from the discharge gas in the strainer elements and returns the oil through a high precision float cock to the crankcase or oil control system. The efficiency of oil recovery is dependent on the reduction of gas velocity in the separator itself. Providing the oil separator is correctly applied, this will be in will be about 97 % to 99 %.
The use of ESK oil separators protects the suppliers of compressor from defects cause by lack from lubrication and improves the heat transfer in the evaporator.

The Parker oil separator removes oil from system refrigerant by means of a highly efficient coalescing filtration. The professional filter is 98.5% efficient, filtering oil and particles down to 1/10 of a micron while leaving a trace amount of oil necessary for adequate system lubrication. "Level switching NS OM
The level switch NS OM-64ej-KS series has been designed for systems that require visual and electrical control of the liquid level. The magnet is placed in the visual indicator to avoid a magnet field close to the liquid hence the unit is perfectly suitable for the control of coolants contanimated with ferrous chips.
The new Bühler “easyjust” system simplifies the adjustment of level contacts. The system consists of level contact cardridges that clip onto a gold plated contact board. This board can accomodate up to four contact cartridges without wiring. Also the function of the contacts (normally closed or normally open) is to changeable easy.
The interface with the tank top is by a flange according to DIN 24557 part 2.
