IMB AUT 240 COMKPACT, have been projected and built keeping in mind of the various typologies of feeding you roll that are set in the cycles of job.
The versatility of this machine allows him to be set in direct exit to the checker as unity of line to different Checkers or fed by tables of accumulation in automatic.
The machine is managed by PLC and it is able to manage the introduction and clearing you roll in various stations of unloading.

The CONTINUA is a completely automatic horizontal packaging machine, extremely compact and with an innovate sealing system (worldwide patented). The products, placed with insuitably adjustedside guides, are driven into a forming box by a couploe of pusher, while the central sealing is carried out by a heated wheel. The film wrapping the products runs on a loose conveyor belt driven by two pliers that, trought an alternate movement, seal and cut the film trasversally. Bags are then ejected throughan opening at the end of the machine.

A wide range of machines made of stainless steel AISI 304 according to CE normatives and are equipped with a volumetric electronic sensor to constantly control vacuum and gas packaging. Vacuum cycle can be excluded and, thanks to the 'soft-air' device, it is possible to control air immission in the chamber. A digital, low supplied control panel is equipped with 5 programs to memorize. High density polyethilene plates to reduce chamber volume are supplied with the machine. The MSK shrink frame technique ensures targeted and metered generation of heat without flames.
