Proven to have accuracy of better than ±0.10%, the Thermo Scientific M-PULSe™ multi-path ultrasonic liquid flow measurement system delivers a rapid return on investment by ensuring less lost and unaccounted for product. The system’s accuracy surpasses the API required custody transfer specification of ±0.15%, making it the most reliable flowmeter on the market today. Certified to ATEX Zone 0, the sleek stainless steel spool ranges from 4 to 16 inches in size, has no moving parts, and is intrinsically safe and spark-proof for use in the most hazardous environments. It has also proven to be independent of viscosity, is highly accurate over a wide liquid temperature range and features a non-metallic diaphragm that is well suited for corrosive applications to lower overall maintenance costs. The multi-path flowmeter works in tandem with a lightning fast flow computer to create an integrated liquid flow measurement system. The flow computer features built-in API conversion tables and compensates for temperature, pressure and density to provide unmatched repeatability and linearity. Additional system advantages include real-time flow profiling for accurate laminar, turbulent and transitional flow measurements for superior accountability and less product loss; the transducers can easily be changed while the instrument is in use, simplifying maintenance and reducing downtime; strong performance results with the flow conditioner placed just 5 pipe diameters (5D) upstream of the meter rather than the standard 10 pipe diameters (10D); and the flowmeter's compact design and shorter footprint simplify installation on offshore platforms and other areas where pipe space is at a premium.

The Thermo Scientific SX40 flowmeter combines dedicated, dual frequency Doppler (DFD) technology with a patented digital signal processing technique to accurately determine the flow of liquids that contain particulates or air bubbles. By correlating two independent ultrasonic signals at different frequencies, it is able to automatically identify and eliminate noise errors from sources such as variable frequency drives. The SX40 incorporates clamp-on sensors which are easily installed for sludge management in sewage treatment plants and industrial applications, including slurry and effluent monitoring. Its large backlit graphics display provides excellent visibility even in poorly lit environments and it can be easily commissioned in a fraction of the time necessary to configure competitive models. Outputs include a 12-bit, optically isolated 4-20 mA analog signal and up to four independent programmable relays. It is available with a contact closure that helps to eliminate unwanted or erroneous flow volume data when backflow conditions occur. The instrument also offers a powerful 90,000 point data logger with non-volatile memory, enabling users to avoid the additional expense of a chart recorder or external data logger.

Time DELTA
This ultrasonic fixed type flowmeter consists of two sensors clamped on the pipe (DN 50 to 6000 mm, according to sensors) and of a digital converter, remote mounted. It can measure bi-directional flow speeds from -32 to +32 m/s. A display and an integrated keyboard allow the user to configure and to check all the settings.
In addition to the 4-20 mA output, the Time Delta is equipped with a totalization function, an automatic range change, 2 alarms and 2 configurable contact outputs. The converter and the sensors have IP67 protection.

The SONOFLOW sensors, detecting the flow of liquids in thin tubes, constitute a new sensor series for the device automation. The newly developed method serves for a fast and safe identification of the flow rate or the flow volume of liquids respectively. The SONOFLOW is used in the medical technology, automation industry, device- and machine construction as well as in the pharmaceutical plant construction sector.
In order to be able to offer cost-effective flow sensors, we aimed for a modular construction of the measuring cell. It consists of 2 ultrasonic sensors, the metering box and the evaluation electronics. The measuring cell is integrated in the tube.
Due to the use of special inert materials for the measuring cell and the sterile measuring method the system provides great advantages in areas with strict hygienic standards.
Besides standardized applications there is also the opportunity to produce customized SONOFLOW sensors.

FLOMOTION SYSTEMS BE6000
Flowmeter
Combines reliable full-pipe flow measurement with high accuracy, low-cost and ease of installation.
BE6000
Clamp-on type ultrasonic flowmeters offer the the simplest and easiest installation of any flowmeter. The BE6000 series transit-time flowmeter is no exception and installs in minutes. A pair of rugged transducers mounts easily to the outside of the pipe using standard clamping straps.
The transducers are non-intrusive, therefore there is no pressure drop or flow obstruction. The advanced microprocessor utilizes the latest in ultrasonic direct time measurement with a resolution of 0.2 nanoseconds. Coupled with state-of-the-art data processing the BE6000 series provides a high level of linearity.
Various inputs and outputs are available to interface with a wide variety of control and reporting systems. Remote programming is available via the standard RS232C port.
* Pipe sizes from 0.75 to 120 in. (20 - 3000mm).
* Velocities from -53 to +53 fps (-16 to + 16 m/s).
* Accuracy to 1.0%, repeatability to ±0.2%.
* Easy to install clamp-on transducers are compatible with plastics steel, stainless steel, cast iron, concrete, other materials.

Flowmax 22i/44i
Flowmax 22i and Flowmax 44i are flowmeters for measuring liquid flow by calculating the volume flow rate in the liquid. Based on the Ultrasonic-Technology Flowmax is able to measure conductible and not conductible liquids contactless.
Flowmax suits for continuous volume measurements and with its 250 Measurements/Second also for very dynamic applications. Flowmax has no moving parts and is free of wear. The design of the pipe minimizes dead volumes over the whole geometry. All parts having contact to the medium are PSU.
Therefore Flowmax can be used for a big amount of different medias like: distillated water, body cares, cosmetics, fluid food, alkaline liquids, toxic or aggressive media like concentrated acids and leaches. CIP cleaning processes are possible. Flowmax advantage is its high measuring accuracy and repeatability.
The measuring result is provided over a scalable pulse output. Programming and visualizing of the analog output is done via a RS485 interface. It is possible to share all measured information with IT-systems on the computer.
Flowmax 44i shows the measured flow in series on a background lighted display with actual flow and volume counter. Standard programming can be done by the keypad. Additional to the editable pulse output there are, current output, two digital outputs and one digital input available.
All parameters of the flowmeter are individually configurable with MIB PC-Software FlowSoft and USBtoRS485-Converter. The integrated gas control with empty pipe detection on the alarm output offers additional information.
