Maxflow combines filtration without filter aids - or, if they are required, with considerably reduced quantities of filter aids - and briquetting in a single unit. The main fields of application for Maxflow are particle filtration, the retrieval of recyclable materials and the purification of aqueous solutions.
Maxflow is available in three variants:
- The plug&play solution is a fast and effective solution to a great number of typical process requirements.
- Adaption of the individual components, for example by adding another filter disc to the unit.
- Implementation of a complete system, which can be custom adjusted to meet both known or as yet unencountered customer requirements.

Our bath maintenance systems combine sludge separation by centrifugal separators with foreign oil separation by DPS systems. Variable possibilities of fluid guidance allow the flexible use of these mobile systems.
According to intended use, you can choose between our separators S-15 and NZ-50 in combination with the different sizes of the DPS series. Different materials and control versions make possible the optimum integration into your system

Flexible Shaft Machines supply new-found freedoms: By seperating the motor from the tool with a shaft, it is no longer necessary to bring a bulky tool to your workpiece. Instead, the motor can rest on the floor or hang from a nearby hook. As a result, it is no longer necessary to support the weight of the power tool while grinding. The handpieces are extremely small, and can reach into areas that are simply not accessible by any hand-held straight grinder. By placing the power source away from the application and out of view, users experience freedom from heat, noise and vibration from the power source.
Industrial flexible shaft tools are offered in several styles, from a small 500 watt machine with 120 volt right up to our high end Mammoth machine, which is 3-phase, 480 volt, 1 horsepower.

The HSM 600 ProdMod is a high speed machine for use in production. The HSM tried and tested basic machine is used as the base which captivates by virtue of its dynamics, compactness, version variety and ergonomics. ProdMod's configuration additionally offers a tool storage tower which is scaleable for 120, 170 or 220 tool positions. A machine cover with chip rinsing nozzles as well as different configurations with regard to chip conveyors and coolant preparation systems. In addition to the Mikron pallet changers there is also an interface available for connecting other robots.

The tedious and time consuming operations previous to punching of plates like centre marking and manual positioning are solved automatically by the PAXY range. This is the most modern, rapid and flexible CNC line to punch plates. Its main features are: low-cost; easy installation; reduced dimensions; easy programming; flexibility for small/medium size pieces. Besides the multi-tool punching station, a marking tool and a drilling head are also available. The plate positioning is granted by a two-pincher coordinate table assuring high precision while processing.
