DS Europe produces tensiometer load cells series LCR for web tension control on rolls and calendars. Tensiometer load cell series LCR are the housing of roll and calendar ball bearing and measure the tension of the machined webs on textile, paper, rubber, plastics machines.

The S Beam Jr. Load Cell with Overload Protection (Tension/Compression) has become one of the signature products in the FUTEK Load Cell Series. This model is widely used in Medical Bag Weighing Applications as well as automated feed back control and inline processing applications.

Hydraulic Load Cells, Model 830/833/844
ERICHSEN hydraulic load cells provide a simple and economical method of measuring forces. The technique is based on the hydraulic transmission of forces which act on the piston of the force transducer. This hydraulic pressure is immediately indicated on a display unit with a scale in Newton. Load cells are ideal for maintenance and adjustment work as well as for the use in plants, machines and systems of all kinds. Their compact dimensions make these instruments extremely versatile. By using the appropriate accessories the measured value can also be shown on a remote display. Description
The load cell LC-01 consists of a pressure sensor with thread coupling (see separate data sheet) connected to a special oil filled path. When this path will be affected by load levels, the oil inside will be pressurised. This pressure is recorded by the membrane of the pressure senor.
In order to compensate for temperature influences, a high resolution temperature probe is integrated within the housing.
The housing is made of stainless steel and is terminated with an optical connector using a plastic tubing. Tubing lengths and connector can be specified following the needs of every application.
The sensor is single connectorised but can on request also be designed for series configurations.
Features
The load cell LC-01 can measure load levels and temperature with a resolution of 0,05% Full Scale and 0,1 °C respectively and an accuracy of 1% Full Scale and 1 °C respectively. The load level can be chosen between 1 and 150 bar.

The load cell LC-01 can be applied to measure load, earth an soil pressure as well as concrete stress. |

As manufacturing capability evolves and the demands for finer wire, filament and textile material increase, so does the need for tension control in extremely light applications. To meet this critical need MAGPOWR has developed the LC-500G, 500 gram load cell. With a full wheat-stone bridge strain gage configuration, the LC-500G meets the same industry leading specifications as all other MAGPOWR load cells. The LC-500G also employs 360 degrees of overload protection preventing the need for recalibration in the event of overload situations.
The LC-500G is designed to mount easily into almost any single strand installation. A pair of supplied jam nuts allow you to easily mount the unit into your machine frame with simple depth and orientation adjustment. The LC-500G is constructed from corrosion resistant, nickel-plated aluminum and is provided with a 1" diameter X 1/8" wide anodized aluminum pulley. For applications requiring special pulleys, the LC-500GS1 is available with provisions for a customer-supplied pulley. |

The RC3D is the DIGITAL version of the very successful RC3. Flintec integrated a state of the art microprocessor system into the load cell to improve system accuracy, and load cell handling.
RC3D rocker column load cells are available in the capacities 30 t to 50 t and include Accuracy Classifications GP, C1, C3, C4 and C6 according to
OIML R60.
