X-Lock
Axelent’s X-Lock is a new version of our old MasterLock with a new, better design and function. X-Lock is a versatile door lock system that suits all our accident prevention series.
Using X-Lock, you can transform any accident prevention panel into a door with a secure locking function. X-Lock has a mechanical bolt that holds hinged and sliding doors closed. The lock is designed so that it requires conscious action to open and close the door from the outside. From the inside X-Lock can not be closed, but it is always possible to open.
To prevent the machine from being started accidentally, there is a plate with three holes on the side of the X-Lock where you can secure a padlock when the door is opened. This ensures the highest safety during safety work, etc. For X-Lock, EN ISO 12100 chapter 5.5.3. is applicable.
You can use all the Axelent standard switches and keys with the X-Lock. There is a special version of the X-Lock for use with the Euchner Tz-1 switch with push button.

Lockin amplifiers are instruments designed to recover signals that are buried in noise. They require a reference signal at the same frequency as the signal that is being measured and then use this to demodulate the input signal before filtering.

Our fully digital 20 MHz Lock-In amplifier is an optimal extension to our AFM systems. It is specially optimized for electrical AFM measurements and provides nth harmonic detection and an integrated feedback loop for kelvin probe force (KFPM) measurements and many other features. It can of course also be used for other applications, independent of an AFM system.
This device also acts as a digital storage oscilloscope. It is controlled via a small java front end running on a PC. The connection between the amplifier and the front end is made via ethernet which results in extremely fast update rates for the displayed oscilloscope data. The front end runs on all standard operating systems where a Java runtime environment can be installed (e.g. Windows / MAC / Linux).
