Dow Corning® silicone compounds are
grease-like lubricants containing silicone
fluids and inert silica fillers. They are
resistant to oxidation and thermal
degradation while maintaining their
properties over a wide temperature range.
They are designed as release agents and
may be used as O-ring assembly lubricants,
non-conductors of electricity, non-curing
sealants and as assembly lubricants for
plastic and rubber parts.
Silicone compounds
may be used for applications
where they function in a dual role as both
lubricant and sealant.Molykote silicone greases contain polymeric silicone fluids as the base oil
Silicone greases operate over a wide range of temperatures, even at very low temperatures
Molykote offers heavy duty silicone greases with outstanding corrosion protection (500 h salt spray test)
Silicone greases are compatible with most plastics and elastomers
Silicone greases exhibit high water resistance and thus no water wash-out
High oxidation resistance combined with low evaporation rates make silicone greases very suitable for long term lubrication
High drop point, hence no risk of melting and running-out

Master Bond offers a number of specialty type silicone systems including one part conformal coatings, special fast curing systems, higher temperature resistant specialty systems, electrically and thermally conductive systems as well as transparent silicones.
Silicones are elastomeric systems with the unique combination of flexibility and high temperature resistance. One and two part Master Bond Silicone Systems can be used as adhesives, sealants, coatings and potting materials. One part systems cure by moisture in the air and two part systems are cured by the polymerization reaction that occurs when a curing agent is added where the two part systems can cure in thicker sections.
Aside from temperature resistance and inherent high flexibility, other noteworthy properties of silicones include excellent resistance to water, superb electrical insulation properties and sealing/adhesive properties particularly to glass, plastics, metals and rubber (including silicone rubber itself).
Master Bond invites you to take advantage of our “one on one" support policy offering prompt technical assistance from our experienced, professional staff. We will assess your problem and work with you throughout the design, prototype and manufacturing process.

Silicones are ready-to-use one component adhesives that polymerize at ambient humidity. After creation of a « skin » after 30 minutes, polymerisation continues from 24 to 48 hours for joint thickness going from 2 to 4 mm.
There are different chemical bases of silicon, acetic bases and neutral bases (methoxy, alkoxy...). They present good adhesion on ali supports and insure high performance in most applications (mechanical, electronic, electric...). Silicones have excellent resistance to Chemicals, and can be used in extreme conditions (high temperatures, UV).
MS Polymers are one component adhesives without solvents which harden from absorbing humidity. With a faster reaction than with silicones or PU, the reaction continues for 24 hours and until it is set. Non-toxic and without danger for the environment, MS Polymers are ideal substitutes for silicones and PU.

The TKS-083-Serie comes in two models: powder coated aluminium frontplate with silicone keys or anodized aluminium frontplate with metal coated silicone keys. Based on carbon-on-gold switching technology, these keyboards can be used in many different industries from laboratories to POI to noise sensitive environments.
These ultra quiet keyboards allow multiple users to simultaneously use the keyboards where noise levels are required to be kept to a minimum. The anodized
aluminium version with metal coated keys will aesthetically compliment any POI system and is strong enough to withstand heavy use. The keyboards are sealed to IP65 standards and are available as panel-mount or desktop. Pointing device options include 38 mm trackball or touchpad. We offer semi or full customisation
on these keyboards.

To complement our line of high-performance etched-foil heaters, Minco offers silicone rubber blanket heaters with wire-wound heating elements. The wire construction costs less in larger heaters and can reduce capacitative leakage current to meet medical apparatus design standards.
Available in standard and custom sizes to 12" x 70" (305 x 1780 mm), the new heaters have UL and Canadian UL component recognition to 250 V (600 V pending). Power ratings for standard size heaters range from 2.5 to 15 watts per square inch at 120 or 240 V.
One significant market for these heaters is anti-condensation in electric motors and generators. Minco stocks more than 40 sizes of strip heaters, along with stator RTD's and bearing sensors, to meet all the temperature monitoring and control needs of motor OEM's and repair shops.
Applications requiring high wattage, fast response, and greatest flexibility will continue to use etched-foil Thermofoil™ heaters, also stocked in a wide variety of sizes and insulation types.
* Rugged

Silicone heaters consist of two layers of silicone with an integrated fibreglass-mesh and heating wires laid out between the two layers. They are thermally and mechanically designed to withstand temperatures up to 200°C, without losing their shape. The silicone heater is vulcanized into a homogenous unit, ensuring the flexibility necessary to adapt to the mounting surface.

SILICON HEATING PANELS - for complicated shapes and sizes
Silicon Heating Panels provide external heating to surfaces of any complex shape and size. Being totally water resistant they can be used both indoors and outdoors. They are used for removing moisture, dehumidification of motors & control devices, for battery heating in high-altitude aircrafts, gas turbines, medical equipment & food equipment. They can also be used in petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals & chemical industries
Construction
Silicon Heating Panels comprises of resistance wire-wound heating elements embedded in thin, lightweight fiber glass cloth - Silicon rubber composite substrates, forming a very flexible and high strength heating panel. For convenience of installation, pressure-sensitive adhesive backing are provided on one side of the heating panel. For minimum heat losses these should be backed by thermal insulation pads.
