The MEMOLUB HPS system is an autonomous single/multi point electro-mechanical lubricating. It's high lubricant ejection pressure of 25 bar opens up a new wide range of applications not possible with conventional systems.
MEMOLUB can be used remotely up to 8 meters from the lube point. Remote installation avoids dangerous or difficult access points. Machine stoppage for lubrication can be avoided by using MEMOLUB HPS systems. Combined with progressive distributor blocks, MEMOLUB systems are a simple and economical way of reducing maintenance costs.

Continuous level measurement over a measuring range of up to 8 meters

Bühler Liquid-level control for external mounting NS 10/...-AM
The control of liquid level in reservoirs, gear boxes or other complex constructions often requires the use of controls than can be mounted externally with a visual indication of level.
The NS 10... range of level controls has been designed specifically for these applications. The visual level indicator is a standard item and has excellent visibility from any direction. The indicator itself is guided in a transparent tube and is moved by the magnetic field of the unsinkable float inside the stand pipe . The electrical contacts or a continuous level transmitter are mounted to the indicator scale. The contacts can be adjusted to any position.
The connection to the main structure can be by means of standard professional pipe fittings or flanges. Contact types MKS-1/W-L-24V are equipped with an LED.

| Alco Metal Mount is a rigid EMI aluminum strip with a wire mesh and or elastomer gasket secured into the groove of the extrusion. Alco-Knit gaskets are supplied in standard wire alloys in several configurations and size to meet specific shielding requirements. Alco-Knit Elastomer Core gaskets may be applied for environmental pressure sealing. Alco-Knit or Alco Elastomer Core gaskets may be applied in any combination to one or both sides of the strip. Alco Metal Mount strips are fabricated with specific hole size, location, slots and countersinks for alignment. Ready-to-mount strips are attached with rivets, industrial fasteners or spot welded to flange surfaces. Lengths range from two inches to eight foot lengths and come in multiple profiles. Strips are supplied unfinished or Chromate Coated per MIL-C-5541 Class 1or 3 to enhance shielding performance and corrosion resistance. Alco Metal Mount Strips add structural strength to enclosures and perform as a positive compression stop where a rigid gasket is required. |
