The SKF Battery driven grease gun LAGG 400B is a high quality grease gun suitable for lubricating bearings, machines, vehicles and other applications. Ergonomically designed and user friendly, the grease gun can be used with standard SKF grease cartridges (420 ml) or filled with approximately 500 cm3 (17 US.fl.oz) of loose grease.
Compared to hand operated grease guns, a 420 ml cartridge can be emptied in approx 10 minutes with minimum effort, resulting in significant cost and time saving

The Locopump S2 (2nd Series) grease is an ideal single acting pneumatic grease pump generally used in single line progressive divider lubrication systems such as SMX, SMO, SMP or SMPM.
It comes equipped as standard with a spring loaded 2 kg reservoir which means it can easily handle NLGI Grade 2 grease.
The transparent reservoir allows the user to clearly see the quantity of grease remaining and a low level grease switch is present to provide remote alarm signals to the machine it is mounted on. Additionally, the reservoir lid can be modified to install a High level or a Dropsa continual level sensing device.
High Reliability is guaranteed by the use of steel in the construction in all the pumping element components and the pump piston is manufactured in ground hardened steel.
The front Fill port is also equipped with a filling filter to ensure that only clean lubricant enters the reservoir.
The pump provides a simple but very cost effective solution for use on many small to mid range grease lubrication systems and is ideal to be used on machines where compressed air is available.

Oil re-circulating systems are not only used to pump oil to bearings or gears to lubricate them but also to purge them of wear debris and, if necessary, to remove heat introduced into the oil by power losses due to friction.
DELIMON Cooling has a multipurpose range of small oil systems, however, the majority of re-circulating oil systems are nearly always custom designed to suit the application.
Reservoir, pumps, filters, oil coolers, reservoir heating, pressure control and instrumentation are selected depending on the duty and the viscosity of the lubricant required to be pumped.

In-Line Lubricator :
In-Line Lubricators assure proper lubrication for small pneumatic hand tools. These in-line lubricators put the oil source right at the tool. Oil capacity is 1/4 oz. (1 ml) enough to last through an average 8-hour shift. This lubricator requires cyclical or intermittent airflow for proper operation, and consequently works best when installed at the tool inlet or on a short hose near the tool.

How it works: A flow of air inside a narrow tube teases a droplet of oil apart to form streaks that are then transported to the lubrication point. A nozzle continually supplies the bearing with oil in the form of fine droplets. The transporting air stream is practically oil-free upon leaving the bearing.
