Quick and easy grease filling
The SKF Battery driven grease gun LAGG 400B is a high quality grease gun suitable for lubricating bearings, machines, vehicles and other applications. Ergonomically designed and user friendly, the grease gun can be used with standard SKF grease cartridges (420 ml) or filled with approximately 500 cm3 (17 US.fl.oz) of loose grease.
Compared to hand operated grease guns, a 420 ml cartridge can be emptied in approx 10 minutes with minimum effort, resulting in significant cost and time saving

DUAL PUMPING MODULE
400cm3 (2x200cm3) pump modules installed in tandem configuration provide 400bar (5880 psi) and redundancy .
This allows the system to continue working even if one pump module becomes ineffective.
Sumo pump is suitable for large single line or dual line systems.

QUICK SWAP SYSTEM

The outlets are directly compatible with Dropsa's electrical or pneumatic line inverters (including Modular version).

The Lubeplus GX is ideally suited to mechanical applications and plant used in the food processing, packaging and printing industries. Can accommodate systems with up to 200 lubrication points.
Lubeplus GX is designed to operate with Positive Dsplacement Units (PDU) or with Metering Flow units . The lubricator is available with a wide combination of condition monitoring features and a choice of 'with' or 'without' microprocessor control.

This pump mounts to any 56C-Face, AC, DC or even Compressed air motor. They incorporate our self-contained, pressure-regulated bypass system as well as a reverse flow check valve. They will deliver 0-15 gpm flow at constant pressure as required. Mounting the pump to any 56C-Face motor is a simple process. The pump can be supplied with or without a customer specified motor.

The Locopump S2 (2nd Series) grease is an ideal single acting pneumatic grease pump generally used in single line progressive divider lubrication systems such as SMX, SMO, SMP or SMPM.
It comes equipped as standard with a spring loaded 2 kg reservoir which means it can easily handle NLGI Grade 2 grease.
The transparent reservoir allows the user to clearly see the quantity of grease remaining and a low level grease switch is present to provide remote alarm signals to the machine it is mounted on. Additionally, the reservoir lid can be modified to install a High level or a Dropsa continual level sensing device.
High Reliability is guaranteed by the use of steel in the construction in all the pumping element components and the pump piston is manufactured in ground hardened steel.
The front Fill port is also equipped with a filling filter to ensure that only clean lubricant enters the reservoir.
The pump provides a simple but very cost effective solution for use on many small to mid range grease lubrication systems and is ideal to be used on machines where compressed air is available.

The CMtec positive-displacement pump carries the lubricant in a closed circuit between the machine to be lubricated and the oil sump of the lubrication unit. The assembly forms a self-contained unit that may be mobile.
