The LAGE series of the SKF SYSTEM 24 family are single point electro mechanical driven automatic lubricating systems. Suitable for a wide range of applications and operating conditions, the units are reliable and flexible in operation. Supplied ready to use straight from the box and ease of installation makes the units a perfect complement to the comprehensive range of SKF automatic oilers.

The SLX Product Range - suitable for medium to large line tools, fixed plant in quarries, steel works, coal mines, cement works and large cranes where a choice of lubricant from SAE 90 oil to NLGI grade 2 grease is required.
The Single Line pumping is an electrically operated piston pump manufacturer, supplied with a 12/24v DC controller, which can be fitted with up to three pumping units. Available with 3, 6 and 9 litre reservoirs, delivering precise amounts of lubricant through progressive distribution blocks, providing the user with lubrication point versatility and reliability.

Timken G-Power and M-Power single-point lubricators deliver periodic grease or oil to industrial bearings, industrial chains, guideways and other industrial components. You can choose from gas-powered units or electromechanical varieties to meet your operating specifications.
C-Power multi-point lubricators are a centralized lubrication system capable of delivering grease to up to six lubrication points, effectively taking the place of six single-point lubricators. They feature remote mounting with no pressure losses for up to 16 feet and will maintain full pressure regardless of the number of lubrication points selected. C-Power also offers versatile programmability from one to 24 months.
G-Power, M-Power and C-Power canisters can be filled with Timken-formulated lubricants or many types of commercial lubricants, although oil is not compatible with C-Power units. A full line of accessories - including brackets, manufacturer of clamps, professional brushes, professional fittings and professional hose extensions - ease installation and offer a host of mounting options for hard-to-reach locations. |

The SKF SYSTEM MultiPoint automatic oiler LAGD 1000 is a reliable centralised lubrication system offering lubrication solutions for bearings specifications and machinery. The LAGD 1000 uses a high-pressure pump and a progressive feeder for lubricating from 6 to 20 lubrication points. Supplied as a complete ready to use kit, all accessories required are included in the box.

The automatic lubricator simalube provides all possible kinds of lubricating points with lubricant. 24 hours, day in, day out. Roller bearings manufacturer which are not lubricated sufficiently or wrongly drop out long before they have reached their expected product life. simalube lubricators guarantee a consistent supply of lubricant in the pre-adjusted proportioning. Shutdown times are decreased and costs in comparison to time-consuming lubrication by hand are clearly reduced.
Within seconds simalube is fixed to the lubricating point. On commissioning, a gasproduction cell is activated which industrial presses the lubricant on the lubrication point through the release of hydrogen gas. The lubricating amount can be steplessly adjusted by means of an Allen key.
Filled with oil, simalube is applied for the automatic lubrication of chains, open gears or guide rails for example.

The MicroCoat is a different type of stock lubrication system that lets metal stampers apply the perfect amount of oil for each job.
Contact lubrication systems like pads and rollers can be difficult to regulate, are easily contaminated, and often require significant maintenance.
In contrast, the MicroCoat is a non-contact system that applies oil as a fine, consistent film that provides complete coverage using much less oil. |

The automatic multi-line AX Range provides centralised lubrication at a fraction of the cost of conventional grease systems. They are constructed of waterproof and corrosion resistant materials, making them ideal for all types of industry and can be used on applications with up to 60 points where a multi-line system can be installed.
The AX Range are of self contained, automatic, electrically driven pumping units, available with a maximum of 60 outlets in a choice of 110 or 240 volt rating. Larger models for special applications can also be supplied.
Integral pumping units deliver a precise volume of lubricant to each bearing specifications feed line and in the event of accidental damage to one line the remaining lines are unaffected.

The S 10 Oil Drop Professional dispenser consists of a 2-litre metal
professional tank whereas the S10 is a toughened 10-litre
plastic tank.
Both are mounted on a frame to be secured to the
machine. The oil reaches the upper per and lower rollers
either in measured drops or in a continuous flow at a
pressure of 0.5 bar. This is achieved by feeding
pneumatics into the tank via a quick release coupling.
The flowcontrol cocks allow the oil flow to the upper
and lower rollers to be controltrolled separately. |

Air/Oil lubrication is a relatively new emergent lubrication system. The recent developments in lubricant technology have expanded air/oil lubrication to dry machining applications.
The air stream, that normally operates continuously, provides both a transport for the oil to the lubrication point and cooling.
The oil-injected into the air stream at regular intervals coats the surfaces to be lubricated and reduces friction and wear.
