The SKF SYSTEM MultiPoint automatic lubricator LAGD 1000 is a reliable centralised lubrication system offering lubrication solutions for bearings and machinery. The LAGD 1000 uses a high-pressure pump and a progressive feeder for lubricating from 6 to 20 lubrication points. Supplied as a complete ready to use kit, all accessories required are included in the box.

The simalube multipoint, driven by the worldwide patented gas generating gas drycell, lubricates automatically and reliably 5 lubrication points to the required quantity. It operates automatically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and it is adjustable from 1 to 12 months.
By means of an intelligent snapping system, the empty lubricator can be removed from the fitting connection and easily be replaced by a new lubricator.

The automatic lubricator simalube provides all possible kinds of lubricating points with lubricant. 24 hours, day in, day out. Roller bearings which are not lubricated sufficiently or wrongly drop out long before they have reached their expected product life. simalube lubricators guarantee a consistent supply of lubricant in the pre-adjusted proportioning. Shutdown times are decreased and costs in comparison to time-consuming lubrication by hand are clearly reduced.
Within seconds simalube is fixed to the lubricating point. On commissioning, a gasproduction cell is activated which presses the lubricant on the lubrication point through the release of hydrogen gas. The lubricating amount can be steplessly adjusted by means of an Allen key.
Filled with oil, simalube is applied for the automatic lubrication of chains, open gears or guide rails for example.

The Progressive Grease pump is an electrically operated pump, supplied with a 12/24v DC Internal controller with external digital display, which can be fitted with up to three pumping units. The EP4 pump is an ideal prelube oil pump for large engines, but it is also a great oil or fuel transfer pump for limited duty cycle applications. It performs well with high viscosity oils. As a positive displacement pump it will self prime but is more efficient and quieter than a gear pump. Anywhere you need to move oil or fuel around you can do it easily and safely with a reliable EP4 pump.
The EP4-24 is powered by a self-contained motor running on 24 Volt DC power. The EP4-12 is the same unit running on 12 Volt DC power. Both voltages are capable of pressures in excess of 60 psi, with a pressure gauge built right into the face to show it.

perma PRO is a battery-operated multi-point lubrication system with a lubricant volume of either 250cc or 500cc. The discharge period can be individually set from 1 day up to 24 months. perma PRO MP-6 functions as a multi-point lubrication system and can individually supply 2 – 6 lubrication points. No pressure is lost due to direct lubricant distribution. perma PRO can also be used as a single-point lubrication system without the MP-6 distributor.

In-Line Lubricator :
In-Line Lubricators assure proper lubrication for small pneumatic hand tools. These in-line lubricators put the oil source right at the tool. Oil capacity is 1/4 oz. (1 ml) enough to last through an average 8-hour shift. This lubricator requires cyclical or intermittent airflow for proper operation, and consequently works best when installed at the tool inlet or on a short hose near the tool.

The lubrication system PSD 250 is a spray and dosage system for high-viscosity lubricants in the viscosity range around 1.000mm²/sec.
The lubricant consumption is dependent only on the discharge pressure, in addition to the used lubricant and the factory presets (type of the installed dosage heads and feeder tube length to the nozzle). The circulation device in the bottom prevents a sedimentation for the solid lubricant particles.
This lubrication unit is particulary suitable for formdrilling process.

The automatic multi-line AX Range provides centralised lubrication at a fraction of the cost of conventional grease systems. They are constructed of waterproof and corrosion resistant materials, making them ideal for all types of industry and can be used on applications with up to 60 points where a multi-line system can be installed.
The AX Range are of self contained, automatic, electrically driven pump units, available with a maximum of 60 outlets in a choice of 110 or 240 volt rating. Larger models for special applications can also be supplied.
Integral pumping units deliver a precise volume of lubricant to each bearing feed line and in the event of accidental damage to one line the remaining lines are unaffected.
