Banner SC33-3 Safety Controller
The revolutionary Banner SC22-3 Safety Controller can manage multiple safety input devices and also non-safety input devices. Its flexibility can cover all safety application requirements including status outputs and indications. The SC22-3 can also be easily and quickly adapted by adding new safety components in the event of a machine modification. Its market position falls between standard safety relays and safety PLCs with better flexibility and cost reduction if the application requires more than three safety functions.
- Easy-to-use controller with fully configurable inputs and outputs
- Management of safety related functions such as Muting and Two-Hand Control…
- 22 inputs for safety or non-safety input devices
- 3 dual channel safety outputs (24 VDC @ 0,75 A) with selectable ON- and OFF-delay
- 10 auxiliary outputs, mute status, lockout, fault conditions and reset requirements
- A simple configuration procedure via a PC interface or controller on-board interface maps each input device to any of three safety outputs
- License free PCI software included with the SC22-3 Safety Controller without any additional charges
- Password protected configurations and confirmed before use, to ensure safety integrity
- Configurations can be stored on an external memory card and are transferable to multiple SC22-3 Controllers or e-mailed as attachments
- Complies with Safety Integrity Level (SIL) 3 per IEC 62061 and IEC 61508, and Category 4 Performance Level “e” per ISO 13849-1
- Live display and error log provide “real-time” status information and historically track faults

The PROTECT PSC is a brand-new generation of a Safety PLC, which was especially designed to meet the requirements of modern production systems and complex individual machines. The modular system concept enables the user combining the input and output modules of the PROTECT PSC system in accordance with the needs of the specific application. In this way, no inputs or outputs of the modular safety system remain vacant, as it is often the case with other Safety PLCs. This means that every user can compose “his” optimal PROTECT PSC system – an economical solution. The system however offers the possibility to integrate at any time further input and output modules in the existing system, with little effort as only the software has to be changed slightly.

The multifunctional SafeCIS3 safety controller offers a sensationally good-value solution for safeguarding hazardous machines at the highest safety level. Despite its extremely compact dimensions of just 111 x 125 x22.5 mm, this controller can perform the most wide ranging applications. Safety light curtain monitoring, muting for safeguarding automatic material transport systems, as well as integrated safety override function for set-up processes, are possible with the SafeCIS3.
SafeCIS3 comes standard with two powerful PNP outputs. Relay outputs or Bus-interfaces are available as extension modules. If required, external contacts can be monitored by the EDM (External Device Monitoring) inputs.

The NE1A Safety Network Controller from Omron STI reshapes previous thinking about safety systems. Until now, safety control circuit design was cumbersome. The process involved tedious wiring and any changes required direct modification of the wiring. Programmable safety circuits simplify the design process. Safety I/O terminals make system modifications easy and allow the safety I/O capacity to be increase without extensive rewiring.
The NE1A Safety DeviceNet Controller:
■ Eliminates long runs of complicated wiring
■ Compatible with the DeviceNet Open Network
■ Provides Individual I/O status and error indicators
■ Minimizes the need to rewire when making machine modifications
■ Conforms to Global Safety Standards
■ Meets IEC 61508 SIL3

The safety-related, intelligent SIMATIC interface modules IM 151-7 F-CPU for the ET 200S are designed to meet the demands of the lower performance range.
They can be expanded in a centralized configuration with the safety ET 200S I/O modules or distributed via PROFIBUS or PROFINET. The intelligent ET 200S station can also be used as stand-alone, i.e. without PROFIBUS or PROFINET cable.
Additionally the IM 151-7 F-CPU is also available as a PROFIBUS DP master which can be used with a standard controller or as a stand-alone CPU (incl. safety modules).
The IM 151-7 F-CPU offers a combined DP/MPI interface.
Beside the IM 151-7 F-CPU offers a PROFINET interface with 3 ports. PROFINET line or ring topologies can be easily realised. E.g. additionally a programming device can be connected via the third available port. Additionally you get a comfortable access to the modules and diagnosis data by the integrated webserver.

Latch Lock dual key entry
This lock allows the locking of accesses such as sliding doors, caps, casings and other guards.
Made up of stainless steel to resist to aggressive or corrosive environments.
The NXOOL lock equipped with the optional Chain Key can support a high degree of misalignment.
|
|
This bolt lock is used for the mechanical locking of switches, earthing switches.
An enclosure can be added, with the switch’s status being changed by the bolt when the key is turned.
The bolt’s position (in or out) determines the key status (trapped or free).
Boltlocks can be fixed either from cylinder side or from the opposite side of the cylinder.
For fixing, we strongly advise not to « re-drill » the fixing holes and to use fixing elements not exceeding Ø 5mm and with maximum torque value of 1,2 Nm.
|
|
Heavy duty version of lock. This product has been specifically designed to withstand harsh environments due to special formulation of the metal (an alloy of copper and aluminium) and the increased size of both the body and all the internal elements. Vibration, dust, cement and other destructive elements are handled completely by the S series. Mechanical locking of power supply, valve, control circuit ...Connection with a safety switch permits the locking of the control circuit.
Key code directly integrated into the lock body.
STI provides individual key number management by installation site (please contact us).
Related to an access lock, this version of the device does not need any wiring (key transfer)
|
|
Electro-mechanical locks are equipped with a solenoid which traps the key or keys. The key or keys can only be released when an electrical signal is given to the solenoid (when it is energised or not energised).
The solenoid then changes its position and allows the key or keys to be rotated.
System available from 1 to 2 cylinders depending on your application.
|
|
Key exchange boxes are used to release one or several keys by introducing one or more keys which are then trapped inside the box.
For example, all keys from earthing switches are trapped inside the box in order to release keys giving access to the transformer.
The minimum number of cylinders is 2. The maximum depends on the space available to install the lock. In some cases, depending on the number of keys to be used and the space available, several boxes have to be used as a “chain”. The last key of the preceding box becomes the first key of the following box and so on.
The switch at either end of the box to give an electrical signal showing whether the key is inside the lock or not.
|
|
Designed to control access to the dangerous or protected areas, this device is installed in any kind of door, gate, housing, and permits remote unlocking from a distance.
Equipped with a forced opening contact, it permits the detection when the access is closed again.
|
|
Doorlocks are used on access points (trap doors, doors, gates...) but also on transformers’ plug-in connectors.
The key remains trapped while the access point is open and until the striker plate is reinserted into the lock. Depending on the type of interlocking required, you can have one or two cylinders but always a single striker plate.
Doorlocks can be fixed either from cylinder side or from the opposite side of the cylinder. For fixing, we strongly advise not to « re-drill » the fixing holes and to use fixing elements not exceeding Ø 5mm and with maximum torque value of 5 Nm.
Different types of striker plate are available depending on the equipment to be fitted. Striker plates can be nserted into the lock cylinder-side or on the side opposite the cylinder.

Door interlock switches are attached to the door of equipment where it is necessary to turn power on or off when the door is closed or opened. This type of control is used in applications where maintenance and testing must be performed inside a cabinet.
Interlock switches are supplied with one 1PDT snap action switch or two 1PDT miniature snap action switches.
The snap action switches are mounted in a frame and a single actuator, which is spring loaded, operates the switch.
When mounted in a door, the closing of the door forces the actuator against the spring thereby closing the switch.
When the door is open, the actuator springs out thereby opening the power circuit. The interlock switch has a service position, which allows service personnel to turn power on even when the cabinet door is open. When the door is closed, the switch automatically resets to the normal closed position.
