Ultra Dry Lightning Lube
Our Ultra Dry Lightning Lube process is available for all metal parts and eliminates the need for using any grease or oil. Bearings, gears, chains and more can now be run completely dry, no more mess! Ultra Dry Lightning Lube can be used with all greases, fuels and oils to extend the life even further. Most radial bearing sizes can be processed for $15 each, and insert bearings for $30 each (Cup & Cone type bearings will have to quoted according to size.) For all other components such as gears, valve components, camshafts, crankshafts, cylinder heads and any other engine parts email with specs for a quote. Most Go-Kart chains, depending on size and length, can be processed for approximately $30. Larger and longer chains will have to be quoted.
UDL Dry Lube resultant benefits of this include:
Working Temperature Range from -350° F to +1000° F (-188° C to +538° C) in normal atmosphere

Using a new special grease for ejector pins, bolts and
sliding elements, lubricating problems will become obsolete. Our recommendation for this area:
SYN-setral-INT/300
a life-time ejector-pin-grease which allows an extremely high number of rounds without re-lubrication and damage on tools. This, up to + 300 °C temperature-stable grease (without solids) is excellently suited for the production of transparent, white and black parts, items for the
pharmaceutical area, for multi-coloured and root-thread-tools, for sealing areas metal/metal and for "soft metal
pairings" (matching phase before hardening process).
Even tools designed for "dry running" can now be lubricated again without any problems (e.g. medical technology).
The thin high-performance lubricating film is extremely
stable against aggressive condensates and avoids grease transference via the ejector pins onto the plastic parts.
The advantages result in lower spoilage rates and increased life-time of tools.

Chesterton's 660 Silicone Lubricant is a clean, clear, silicone fluid that provides a continuous film lubrication for mechanical parts and sliding surfaces constructed of plastic, rubber or metal. 660 Silicone Lubricant quickly penetrates surfaces to prevent sticking and reduce wear.
Chesterton 660 Silicone Lubricant leaves a slippery, clean film that will not stain or leave gummy residues. It will stay where it is applied and is not easily squeezed out.

Mobilgrease 28 is a supreme performance, wide-temperature, antiwear grease designed to combine the unique features of a polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic base fluid with an organo-clay (non-soap) thickener. Its consistency is between an NLGI No. 1 and No. 2 grease. It offers outstanding performance over a wide temperature range. The wax-free nature of the synthetic base fluid, together with its low coefficient of traction compared with mineral oils, provide excellent low temperature pumpability, very low starting and running torque, and can reduce operating temperatures in the load zone of rolling element bearings.
The clay thickener gives Mobilgrease 28 a high dropping point value of around 300ºC, which provides excellent stability at high temperatures. Mobilgrease 28 resists water washing, provides superior load-carrying ability, reduces frictional drag, and prevents excessive wear. Tests show that Mobilgrease 28 lubricates effectively rolling element bearings under conditions of high speeds and temperatures. Mobilgrease 28 has also shown superior ability to lubricate heavily loaded sliding mechanisms, such as wing flap screw jacks.
For more than 30 years, Mobilgrease 28 has been the multi-purpose grease of choice for military and related aviation applications, worldwide.
