Innovative hardware
The compact diagnosis system efector octavis evaluates vibration signals using the methods of frequency analysis. The system uses a micromechanical acceleration sensor. Data can be collected, processed and evaluated decentrally with no expert know-how required.
Continuous monitoring
efector octavis is designed for the early detection of rolling element bearing damage or unbalance. Continuous monitoring offers a reliable and cost-effective solution as compared to intermittent methods.
The unit type VB1001 monitors up to two different objects. The unit type VE1001 can monitor up to five different objects or 20 individual frequencies. An object is defined as a rolling element bearing or a shaft. With efector octavis permanent vibration monitoring is no longer a question of price.
The integrated expert
Acoustic emission is detected, the frequency spectrum is calculated and e.g. the rolling element bearing state, the unbalance etc. are evaluated. The condition can be directly read on site and is signalled by binary switching outputs. The switching signal can be transmitted via unscreened cables. Connection to bus systems
is possible. |

PROsmart from ITT Industries encompasses the latest technology in condition monitoring to assure that your plant continuously runs at peak efficiency. It provides a cost-effective solution to maintaining uptime on all of your rotating equipment. PROsmart continuously monitors, analyzes (to pre-stated parameters) and annunciates an alarm when critical criteria is not met. By identifying, diagnosing, and sounding an alert to potential equipment problems before they have a chance to manifest into unexpected downtime or catastrophic failure, PROsmart helps to assure plant profitability.
PROsmart delivers benefits that go right to the bottom line.
Extends equipment life
Optimizes costly "walk arounds" by skilled personnel
Can help reduce overall equipment failures and the cost of downtime
Sends alerts prior to potential catastrophic process failures
Provides "state-of-the-art" predictive analysis
Consolidates data for equipment optimization
PROSmart is a self-powered device, or can be set up to use local power if it is available, that works 24/7 with alarm and alert capabilities. Individual computer formulas (algorithms) are created based on testing of the rotating equipment. These are used as the basis for evaluation and are stored on the PROsmart central computer.

The VIBROCONTROL 6000 Compact monitor initiates a new period of vibration measuring and machine condition monitoring.
It is exactly adapted to the specific requirements of the machine to be monitored. Standard monitoring, if necessary, but also diagnostic monitoring, if needed.
Our huge application library offers you a great number of already practised solutions. Should this be insufficient to fulfil
your requirements, our application engineers will work out the optimum machine protection for your precious
manufacturing facilities. |
|
VIBROCONTROL 4000 offers optimum protection through permanent
condition monitoring.
This means:
• Acquisition of current machine condition through continuous measurement
of relevant condition and operating parameters
• Recognition of deviations from the desired condition
• Alarming at violation of limit values
• Plant shutdown when dangerous conditions exist
• Communication with control systems
VIBROCONTROL 4000 meets all important requirements of internationally
recognised guidelines such as API 670 and DIN 45670
Measured values are processed and compared with adjustable limit values in the individual monitoring modules of VIBROCONTROL 4000. 4 limit relays are available for each module for alarm signalling. In addition to the general customary limit values for pre- and main-alarms, in this protection system the measured values trend is also monitored. Unexpected sudden changes in the measured value which indicate abnormal behaviour initiate a trend alarm and thus permit an extraordinary level of sensitive monitoring
of the machine condition.

A Perfect Blending of Compact Size and Multi-function Ability
These self-contained monitors are designed to address essential and balance-of-plant (BOP) equipment assets that require continuous machinery protection but do not warrant the cost of larger, more sophisticated rack-based monitoring systems like the 3500 Series. 1900 monitors provide a simple and cost-effective way to apply machinery protection on selected machines or points. They are designed to operate as stand-alone units, or in conjunction with our Trendmaster® Pro on-line condition monitoring system. |

The FAG Detector II is the ideal vibration analysis introductory device. The hand-held measuring instrument weighing approx. 450g is user-friendly and very easy to operate. And the best: the value for money is just unbeatable. The FAG Detector II is a vibration measuring device and a data collection device in one. Machine damage is detected early and remedied. This avoids unforeseen shutdowns as well as expensive consequential damage.
How exactly does the FAG Detector II work?
Vibration signals are detected via a sensor. The FAG Detector II calculates the RMS values (root-mean-square values) of vibration speed and acceleration (so-called characteristic values) from the vibration signals. The characteristic values are evaluated by means of a computer with the aid of the "Trendline" PC software.
Who is able to operate the Detector II?
Great, if you already have a basic knowledge on vibration analysis. But: You don't have to be an expert in order to operate the FAG Detector II. Even staff without knowledge in the area of vibration analysis can quickly learn how to handle the device. We offer training courses in which you achieve the knowledge neccessary.
Version Detector II
The device in version II has the following features:
- Filing up to 24 time signals by memory of 256Kb
- In memory of 1MB 114 time signals can be stored up
- Temperature measurements (from - 15 °C to 250 °C)
- Email button: If this button is hit data can be forwarded to a vibration analysis expert
- Calculation of frequency spectrums |

The Reovib BK032 is a monitoring unit for vibratory feeders. By using this measuring device in conjunction with an accelerometer e.g. Reovib SW10, vibration levels can be monitored. An acceptance window can be set defining adjustable maximum and minimum limits. If either of these values are exceeded then a corresponding relay will operate. During the unstable, start-up phase a time delay can be set so that spurious readings are ignored. The unit has a built-in sensor power supply available for direct connection. A 4...20mA signal can be used instead of an accelerometer.
