The JANOME Electro Press JPE Series is an AC servomotor-powered press machine that ensures a quiet and clean work environment. It uses approximately 80 - 90% less energy than competing hydraulic and pneumatic press machines, ensuring lower running costs and environmentally-sound manufacturing.
To ensure safe use, every Electro Press is equipped with an area sensor terminal and a fail-safe circuit so that it can be stopped immediately and safely in case of machine malfunction or accident. (e.g. If the operator’s hand enters the machine’s restricted area.)
The JPE Series is the Unit type Electro Press ideal for mounting onto machines including automated and specialized machines. The compact control box is also ideal for use with specialized machines.
The RS-485 comes as standard equipment with the JPE Series, for controlling up to 31 Electro Presses data via PC.
You can easily monitor operation data, including pressure and ram stop position, on PC. Special software, for making graphs of sampling data and editing quality control data, is installed. It ensures easy operation, data control and high level of traceability.
The SPC (process capability index) software comes as standard equipment with the JPE Series, for controlling production process.
Easy teaching: Create a program simply by inputting work conditions, including the drive mode and speed, via PC.
We have created a “command list” for creating original system programs easily.

Transfer SpeedFeeder has been developed especially for automatization of presses with multi-tool sets. Easy to operate with a hand-held terminal and AP&T's software LOGOS. Very high stiffness is reached with parallel motion of motors, this gives possibility to use high accelerations during clamping and lift motion.

Transfer systems for the transport of parts with the help of gripper rails in the complete sector of non-cutting shaping.Our transfer systems combine both the individual tools of a transfer press, as well as linking individual presses.
In accordance with the existing technical capabilities and customer needs are different sizes and variants feasible.
The equipment are based on our approved mechanical subgroups and a modern control and drive technique. The control control systems are preferably equipped with integrated Siemens components. By request are other control units available, for example by Allen Bradley.
Our transfer systems are fee-programmable which means that the positions and the displacement courses of the gripper rails (closing, lifting and transport) can be determined by the program within the limits of the technical data. According to the application or the specification the individual servodrives are synchronised either to each other or to the press run.

DESCRIPTION:
Trans' close CN is a transfer to freely programmable parmeters on 2 or 3 axes. The motorization is ensured by brushless motors. Numerical control allows the flexibilté essential one to the frequent loadings of series, it is easy to program. The operator interface allows a communication by display. In series, Trans' close CN has a conversational language and a car-training "Teach-in". Numerical control allows the integration of a library of parameters of réglagesoutils; the organization of the interior dialogs to the computer positions this Trans' close CN in the transfers high speed.
Transfer PSP Trans' close adapts on any press. He works uninterrupted to carry out the operations of stamping, cutting, folding, estompage, routing, machining... Trans' close automatically moves and positions (transfer) the components on the various successive stations of a tool under the same press or connects several tools on a press line (in synchronism).

The ROBObend-Center integrates a folding machine with a robot. The innovative software integration design automatically programs the robot using the part program data. As in all folding technology, the blank remains in a horizontal plane during the entire folding cycle. The ROBObend-Center uses simplified material handling to be much more productive.
Mounted onto a linear axis, the robot gains additional work area. The robot directly feeds the material into the machine. Optical sensors measure the position of the part and sends feedback to the CNC so that the robot can instantly correct any inaccuracy. After the blank is parallel to the bend line, the "CNC freezes the robot". All six robot joints will be locked in position. This seventh axis now moves the robot forwards and back in order to bend flange-by-flange with perfect accuracy.
When the robot positions the blank, it is in an extremely stretched position. The ROBObend-Center therefore can run sheet sizes of up to 3000 x 1500 mm and can fold sheet thicknesses of up to 3 mm.
When the part needs to be flipped RAS uses an innovative method. Where re-gripping stations are usually needed, the ROBObend-Center robot can position the part to the bend line, holding it from either the top or bottom of the part.

X5 – Solid Punching Technology by FINN-POWER

The background of FINN-POWER's new X5 turret punch press is pioneering experience in hydraulic punching since 1983. Featuring modern industrial design, it continues our modular engineering tradition, where the basic package is already full of features and some options can be equipped now or later through retrofits.
Reliable and productive punching capacity
The X5 is compact and easy to install. Its rigid ”O” frame ensures optimum tool alignment when nibbling or punching with high force.
The hydraulic punch stroke is digitally controlled. It allows different punch modes, stepless punch speed and position programming.Working area is 1,250 mm x 2,500 mm without repositioning.
The turret has a total of 20 tool stations. Seventeen (17) tool holders have been specified, and three (3) are free for customer selection. Index or Multi-Tools® can be chosen. The turret has 29 tools as standard, and the number can be expanded by adding Multi-Tool® stations.
Nibbling speeds up to 600 hpm are available; index rotation speed is 133 rpm max. Maximum sheet thickness is 8 mm and sheet weight 200 kg. Two sheet clamps with central locking are standard.
The machine tables are equipped with brush top. Sheet loading is easy due to two optimally placed gauge pins and a moving table which can be locked to five different positions.
The precision of the X5 meets FINN-POWER's stringent LKP 7100 factory standard.
These features make the FINN-POWER X5 a safe and highly productive machine tool for flexible sheet metal working.

AUTOMATIC STRAPPING MACHINE PR 99
The automatic strapping machine PR99 is suitable for the vertical compression of palletized loads of paper, cardboard and paper bags.
It is provided of two strapping heads and three arches and it can carry out two strapping operations in automatic mode with a prefixed distance.
One of the two head, which is mobile, allows to set the distance between strappings.
The lower retractable channel allows to carry out strappings, positioning the cargo to the wooder pallet.
The complete device version for the automatic pallet rotation allows to perform cross strappings too.
The machine is managed by PLC; it is also furnished with a pressing device which is commanded by moving rack.

The Power master 10481 is a high performance strapping press of the most recent generation, manufactured in our plant in Wuppertal. With an infinitely adjustable compression automatic height seeking of incoming loads for faster troughput and numerous variations of pallet and load handling equipment for feed, center and turn the Sander power master can be integrated very easy in automatic packing lines. As a special feature the electric motor driven compression platen includes a permanent accurate compression sensing which is a requirement in the corrugated and paper industry. This ensures an intermittent further compression cycle. Both PET or PP strapping material can be used with the machine. The Sander GS-41 strapping head guarantees a solid vibration seal joint without any emissions of vapors.
