The Fabricator XRP is a complete plate processing system combining the very best cutting, marking, drilling and milling technologies. The sub-axes drilling capability provides the drillhead with a range of movement independent of the main machine X & Y axes, creating a 250mmx250mm clamped work envelope for continuous, uninterrupted machining. The TIPO B machines are designed to comply with the different requirements when automatically processing in one cycle large plates and medium/high thicknesses, ensuring high quality, precision, productivity and flexibility. VP machines cover all machining operations: marking, punching, drilling and shearing.
The high-pressure system (400 bars) reduces production times and currently makes it possible to attain production rates of more than 1,000 operations per hour. Punching machines incorporate NC backmarking. The number (2 to 6) of punching units and the related power (50 to 93 tons) vary according to the size of the angle sections to work and the number of different diameters in each flange. The single-cut type shear (from 160 to 500 tons) prevents loss of metal and distortion. Blades do not need to be changed.
Highly appreciated by manufacturers of transmission towers and electrical steel towers, the automatic VP marking, punching, drilling, shearing lines for angle sections are controlled by a single operator. Reliable and designed for highest productivity, various types of works may be programmed.

These are the most modern, rapid and flexible CNC lines to punch angles. Their main features are: low-cost; easy installation; automatic feeding; easy programming; flexibility for small/medium size pieces; new productivity concept. Besides the punching and shearing stations, a daisy wheel marking unit and a multifunctions unit, that can be "dressed" with extremely useful optional equipments such as double punching, notching and marking tooling, are also available. MDS and KDS Drills meet the industry demand for effective and efficient driling of steels, cast irons and exotic materials. Available in large to very small diameters, they offer excellent productivity and about 10 times the tool life of HSS drills.

The MDSS "Long Multi Drill" is special designed for deep hole drilling e.g. for crankshaft machining. Cutting temperature, chip removement, strength and geometry of the drill and so called minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) have big influence to cutting process. Especially this MQL enables this carbide twisted drill to make deep hole drilling, whose L/D is more than 15, as short chips are generated by MQL. Our Long Multi Drill has a ZX coated chip generating area and a new designed chip removal area.

Landis Reamer Program
Landis Reamers for reaming, chamfering, and facing come in four basic styles - solid, detachable blade, insert blade and composite. The style supplied will depend upon the operation to be performed and the type of Landis die head in which it will be used. They can be identified by a symbol number stamped or etched on one of the flutes of the solid and composite reamers and on each one of the blades of detachable and insert blade-type reamers.
